Been a customer for several years now, and I’ve had a great experience with MXroute. Setup was quick and straightforward, and everything has been running reliably ever since. The Admin interface is clean and easy to use, and performance has been consistently fast with no noticeable downtime. Also, although I'm a technologist and more experienced user, support has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. Overall, it’s a dependable service that I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for email hosting -- especially if deliverability is important.

Email deliverability is important, hence the strict policy against cold emails and spams. Do not be surprised that people get banned from the service for sending these type of emails, then post negative reviews.

Also be wary of negative reviews posted in the past month as there are ongoing harassment/attack against mxroute from certain forum users.

Most unprofessional guy i ever seen. If you feel these are lies get a lawyer instead of creating coupons and spamming the community with nonsense. I truly hope your business fails.

I was initially nervous about switching providers, but the fantastic pricing convinced me to give it a try—and I’m really glad I did.
So far I’ve only needed to raise one support ticket, as the documentation is very clear and helpful. When I did contact support, they responded quickly and helped me resolve my issue the same day. - wasn't their end.

Overall, it’s been perfect for my personal requirements and I’m very happy with the service.

Unfortunately, this organization is more worried about harming their customers with senseless "drama" that does not belong in the technical space, when they would be improving their services. I have experienced concerning interactions with them lately that have made me move to other services due to the possibility of losing access to my email without any ability to recover my data.

I’ve used MXroute's lifetime plan for two years now and it’s been rock solid.

If you don't mind getting your hands dirty with the setup, it’s a solid cheap email service.

Their docs are great and cover everything you need to know.

An awesome service all round. Honest support - too honest for some but the service justifies it is refreshing to have human responses.
As for email - it just does what it is meant to - very good value for money.
And our email is not treated as spam - not had one complaint!

We've had an MXRoute package for almost 3 years for our business and I don't think I've ever had any noticeable issues or outages - Recently moved over our personal domains to save on costs and it all just works - no messy config, no complicated setup, clear documentation. Here's to another 3 years!

I've been a customer since 2018. Except for some minor issues with migration back then, all errors has been my own doing, and I still received good help. Great support (sometimes tickets might take a bit of time, but community support is also great, so I've never had to wait long. Friendly staff and great quality/deliverability! Service used to be boring = good, everything just keeps working. And that's still the case. But there's also exciting improvements to the product, added functionality, simplified admin panel etc. Love this!

I've been a customer for nearly one year, this is all I could expect from a serious email provider. It just simply works, no fancy AI garbage stuff, just a simple yet very effective mail service.
I really appreciate how we can communicate with them through reddit, and how they don't care about getting rid of spammers that lower IP reputation

I have been using mxroute for a few private email accounts for about a year.
Pro: Great competitive niche offering run by a technically very competent email professional. One of the few places left on the web where you directly get help from humans instead of the usual layered first level support script and bot BS. They are touchy about their TOS. That's a good thing when it comes to email services.
Con: Seems to be mostly a one man show which might affect service availability and business continuity.

Both Pro and Con are probably the cost and benefit of going with a small provider. If email is critical, you should have a plan B anyway. mxroute is for you if you know what you are doing, have a plan B, and are good at following their TOS.

The service works perfectly, it has a very good price and its owner is very attentive. Support answers instantly. I couldn't ask for more.

It's a reliable service for delivery, with good support, and very good spam filtering.

For me, it's important to know that the foundation (hosting, email hosting, DNS etc.) is good, so I can concentrate on my work, not on fixing infrastructure problems. In those terms, MXroute has been a set-and-forget kind of service - the best there is (emails should be "boring" and "just work").

I found MXroute a couple of years ago when looking for a new provider for my personal email. My primary complaints with my previous provider were that emails were sometimes not delivered and customer service interactions slow and often ineffective.

With MXroute I gained reliable deliverability and responsive customer service from the get-go. Further, the focus on preventing both inbound and outbound spam (or anything that looks, sounds, or smells like it) is admirable and greatly appreciated. In my experience and from what I've observed, the team treats customers and potential customers with legitimate, non-spam email needs professionally and courteously.

I have zero complaints and would happily recommend MXroute to those who have the domain name management knowledge to configure the service.

Doing business with MXRoute is a huge waste of time and money.

One of my employees emailed them for support after running into an issue with one of our client’s accounts. The owner responded in a very hostile and unfriendly way, and my employee replied matching his tone.

After a very short email exchange he decided to cancel our service, which we had for over 2 years. He stated that my employee was disrespectful to him and refused to provide a refund.

This was highly disruptive to our business as we lost access to many emails.

We’ve since settled with a more reputable and professional email provider and I highly suggest you do the same!

I am a long-time customer, and I have never had an issue with the service. The upkeep is impeccable, and provided you know what you are doing, the configuration is a breeze. I haven't got a single issue with my e-mails on my domains. Read the rules, understand them, follow them, and appreciate one of the few services left that offers private individuals an exceptional experience.
