Je reviens encore ici pour vous dire de fuir l'application Nala. Depuis le 13/01/2026 je fais un virement de 200€ mais l'argent n'est jamais arrivé sur le compte de mon destinataire , j'ai envoyé les preuves. Depuis lors le service client me dit qu'ils ont transféré mon dossier à leur partenaire nous sommes aujourd'hui le 3 mars 2026. Je veux mon argent s'il vous plaît. Remettez moi mon argent.

Fast and timely service

Nala has been a great app no doubt but the issue I'm having with Nala is the reason why they will prefer you to add money from your bank account to their system before they can process it for sending.
Nala has held my money on two occasions now one was 800€ in June 2024, which took them one good month to release the money and another one now is 950€ in February 2026 and they have not given any positive feedback about it. Like what right do they have to cease people's hard earned money without a reason.

Many other apps take money directly from your bank account and sends it and if it's not processing it won't be deducted from your bank account but Nala does theirs the other way round. That's dubious for crying out loud.

Nala has to change their policies on this before this gets to the public domain and to the authorities that matters.

The promptness in her effort and how much she cares for her customers and I'm talking about Liz, I'm truly thankful and impressed 👍😁

The team went far and beyond to help me resolve my issues. They kept in touch with emails and messages, I'm so glad of the way they handled the whole process.

J’ai eu un soucis d’un correspondant qui a reçu les fonds (selon l’appli) mais qui dans les faits n’était pas honnête. Après un échange avec le service client les preuves de transferts ont été donnés et le correspondant a fait marche arrière, formulant une série d’excuses.
