Their system allows transactions to be completed by entering any mobile number and any name, without proper verification. This creates serious loopholes that could enable money laundering and financial fraud.
The UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) must intervene urgently to investigate and enforce compliance. Immediate regulatory action is required to protect consumers and prevent exploitation of the platform for illicit financial activity.

Nala does everything well
Nala does everything well, in the Customer Service is outstanding. Account set up and verification is easy. The app is logical and straight-forward. I found the address book portion where I could add my recipient to was easy to navigate and easy when I came back to look for information. The customer service is outstanding anytime I've had a question or a problem. It has been handled in a timely manner. The customer service reps are polite, knowledgeable, and precise, and what they do. Nala uses a rolling reset, which I admit is not easy for me to figure out, but anytime I've had a question about it. They have quickly explained it to me and we're able to give me an answer. I have found Nala to be the best on reliability and customer service.
