Absolutely horrendous customer service. Purchased in mid November, no items received despite guaranteeing express shipping. They then tell me it's on preorder despite no reference to preorder on website at time of purchase or on email receipts. Then they finally tell me it's shipped on 5/12, but still no products handed over to AusPost / no scan of the tracking number they generated. Leaving on my holiday tomorrow with no items. $350+ and total waste but they won't refund either (they say it's because it's been shipped although there are no AusPost scans). I've never taken to this website before but they're not engaging in effective conversation via email and my next stop will be Fair Trading.

Doesn’t stay up, useless

Sent numerous emails and even waited 2 days on their “chat” ….. but still no answers. Now the 40% discount is over , they could not care less. Would NOT buy again . Very disappointing

I really like our picnic blanket! And Nakie’s customer service was extremely responsive when i had a little issue, they made sure i was happy with the product. Would recommend!

**UPDATE** i have to say i am very pleased with my order and with Nakie. They ended up ringing me and apologising for the delay and express posting my orders. And then the items causing the delay a few days later. I noticed they also sent out a generic email to all customers apologising for the delays. In regard to the towels themselves... they're an unusual material but it works.. so cool! And soft and compact.. and i love the cases they come in -- they'll be so handy to hold things at the beach. I know my friends and family who i bought them for are going to love them. Highly recommend and i really appreciate the urgency after they contacted me. ***

I am still waiting for my orders placed 3 weeks ago (October). They were really good /fast when i asked to make a change to the order - by phone and email, but no reply chasing down delivery status. An email would be nice to advise there is a delay. Not sure if i've been scammed. I still see 'black Friday' sales online but if they can't keep up this is killing their reputation. Its a shame cause it looks like a nice little family business in Australia.

Update, I finally had a response from Nakie and even though they insisted it was a back order, which i know it wasnt at the time of purchase. My order was sent that same day. Jarrod was really helpful, just unfortunate it took complaining to get the order i had paid for. Really happy with my products.
I checked reviews before purchasing, made my order as everything seemed to be legit. After 8 days I contacted them as delivery was 2-5 days. They assured me that it would be dispatched soon it was just a delay due to a large volume of orders. Its now 14 days. No more emails to say its on its way. Tried to email today but no response. Why are these people still advertising if they cant keep up? Dont think I am going to get my refund I have requested

I have edited my review because I was sent a gift voucher which I am going to use get my friend a bag. I don’t feel right leaving one star now because the voucher makes up for my disappointing experience. Shame it took such a long time to resolve my issues.
The products are very good, you will be happy with your purchase if you can actually get it. They just need to work on their communication.

The products are really good quality, the prices are reasonable especially during sales and they’re always dispatched and sent really quickly. Loving the Broncos stuff!

I ordered with no note at ordering time product was unavailable (other selected choices notified me so I could change design).
I contacted to ask about shipping as it has exceeded the 2 to 5 days to be told 1 item was unavailable.
I am trying to get a refund as this was for a gift so I could purchase elsewhere and now can get no reply from the company

I specifically checked the shipping info on their website which states:

CANADA

All items are shipped from our warehouse in Ottawa. We use Canadian Post, DHL and Fedex.

This is incorrect information as my order was shipped from using Auspost from Australia to Canada and took over 3 weeks to arrive and I incurred customs charges.

I have placed 5 separate orders and each time Nakie courteously confirm my order, package efficiently and deliver the order promptly.
The towels are brilliant .. everything they are advertised to be ! .. and make awesome presents.

I’ve bought 2 Towels before and love them last Xmas and now a hoodie love ❤️ it hope to buy more soon xxx

I have been wanting to buy your products for some time and finally was able to afford to get all that I wanted. I even bought football blankets for my kids for Christmas. Easy to navigate website, good communication and quick delivery. Products are perfect, even better than I imagined they would be. I love the environmentally sound principles of your business, and that to me is worth paying more for. Also, it is good to support an Australian business.

I have not only brought items from Nakie but my extended family and friends who have got to experience the Nakie products I have but they have now been getting their own and the word is spreading. They said it was all my fault but they are addicted to the fun, colours and durability of Nakie

I ordered 2 puffy blankets which were delivered to the wrong address by Royal Mail, I contacted Nakie (Australia) just to tell them that had happened & didn’t think anything about it.
I then received a reply, saying that they would send out another 2 blankets to replace the lost pair.
I received them yesterday and I’m so delighted.
This company really looks safer lts customers.

My original package was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted them and they resent it within a week. Great company and support

Easy to navigate website, easy to order and swift delivery.

Product great. However, once they have your details, they will keep on contacting you - very annoying and invasive. Recommend 'unsubscribing' as soon as you have ordered something.
