Ease of using website to shop, both the wife and I are really happy with our new drink cooler/coffee cups

The Nakie 5 in 1 cooler/coffee cup is fantastic. First use was a hot chocolate. I tested it using Jarrah hot chocolate and no added milk. Just boiling water. 3 hours later....I could just drink it as it was still very hot !!! Next test will be to add a little milk to cool it a little at the start. Very impressed !! Yet to test it as a cooler.

Easy and fast! Great product - super happy with the quality, would recommend!

Easy process, good communication and great product

Have been a big fan and recommended products to family and friends. We started with the picnic blanket, which was such great quality that we kept ordering items. I ordered a Hoodie towel that was too small for my fast-growing child last year, and they personally helped me swap for an adult-sized product. Recommend.

Love the products have bought a few now and I love one of them

The description of the products were good, and I like the fun presentations. Prompt delivery and the items all look and feel amazing. Great colours. So far, we have bought a hammock, 3 picnic blankets, several gym towels (for own use and as gifts) and received a bonus head wrap. Love the fact that they all come in their own bag, and that they use recycled and also plant trees each time. So many positives.

I use them regularly camping.
Shipping is always hassle free, and they are packaged well and my daughter loves the cardboard tubes.

I ordered two items. I ordered them 11 days ago. They appear to be lost and no one at the company seems to care. The package has supposedly been at the Post for a week and still has not left. When I reach out to customer service I am basically told, sorry, it is on its way. Ridiculously poor customer service.

I am very happy with all of my purchases over the last few years. The service is great, very fast delivery. The quality of the products is fantastic. And they are all very useful products. The only problem I have found is that the bottle holder pockets on the tote bag only hold very narrow bottles. Otherwise, keep up the good work!

Love it the beach towel I brought, no sand hassles and light to travel with as well as the beach hoodie which I also brought for my parents and they love it.
