Hi, I just wanted to say that overall I’m really happy with the service I received. When one item from my original order (towel, hoodie and hammock) was missing, your team communicated well and resolved it quickly, which I really appreciated.

The only thing I wanted to ask about is the mosquito net promotion that seems to have been running around the same time. As someone who travels a lot and specifically bought the hammock for that purpose, the mosquito net is exactly what I need to go with it. I was very grateful for the towel that was provided as compensation, but I was wondering if you might consider extending the mosquito net offer to me as well, given the timing and my hammock purchase.

If needed, I would be more than happy to return the towel which is unopened thanks again for the great communication and for sorting out the original issue so smoothly.

Bars are delicious and speedy turnaround from order to delivery.

I am thrilled with all of my Nakie products. I've been purchasing Nakie products since 2023 (hammocks, picnic blanket, towels, hooded towels, protein bars), both for myself and as gifts for others, and have always found them to be of high quality, delivering their items' website descriptions each time.
At one stage, I contacted their support service as I hadn't received notification of my purchase after a week, when their email had stated they'd pack goods within two days. Their customer service was great, stating that a back order of my requested hooded towel was holding up the process. They gave me options to either wait for the whole order, get my order in two lots for no extra postage or change my order to receive it asap: very accommodating.
Presently, I'm trying out their protein bars and am pleasantly surprised. These bars are very tasty, filling and I like the 'real', uncomplicated ingredients. No unknown ingredients or food numbers that I have to look up to find out what I'm eating . Highly recommend all products. Ill be buying more of these.

Love the Nakie products I have so far - a travel backpack and a picnic blanket. They are high quality products. I plan on getting a couple more Nakie items soon :)

I love Nakie. I honestly thought this was going to be just another thing I throw in a cupboard and not use but it is the complete opposite. I throw this in my bag and look for any excuse to use it. I even went a little mad and brought the whole family one so I dont have to share.

I had some questions about the Nakie Bars before I bought them and received a quick, genuine response to my questions. The product is exactly what I was told it would be.

We bought 2 beach towels that come in the little bags for our adult children for Xmas they thought it was fantastic. And we have since bought a Nakie tote bag for our overseas holidays in September looking forward to using it. Hopefully will try it out before then 🥰

We bought a pair of beach towel hoodie things, the quality is first rate, the designs are lovely and the added dry bag is perfect for keeping your phone and keys dry and clean. As a bonus, you can chuck the wet hoodie back into the bag after using it.
I also bought the protein bars to try and will buying some in the future, they are yummy
