They sent me used scratched glasses with deep scratches on the lenses. What a complete waste of time.

I was initially hesitant to order because I had read mixed reviews, especially about shipping times. However, my experience was outstanding. I ordered a pair of Versace VE1285 frames, and they arrived in just over one week exactly as advertised. The frames were authentic, well packaged, and in perfect condition. The entire process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything arrived. Based on my experience, I would definitely purchase from GlassesOnWeb again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid in full, but the package was shipped much later than promised - after 32 days. When I finally received the sunglasses, I was extremely disappointed to discover that they appeared to be fake and were not as advertised.

I immediately contacted the company to request a return. Unfortunately, they have repeatedly ignored my emails and have not provided a return shipping label, making it impossible to return the product and receive a refund.

Because the company failed to resolve the issue or respond appropriately, I had no choice but to file a dispute with my bank.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. Poor customer service, delayed shipping, lack of communication, and an unresolved return process are not what customers should expect. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company.

First time ordering from glassesonweb.ca and it took me to wait after 9 days in order to receive my order. But everything is brand new like frame with demo, original case and cloth. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

I ordered a pair of glasses with lenses. The frame was described on the website as matte brown finish. I. was sent a shiny gunmetal frame. The lenses are fine. The company refused to acknowledge their mistake after I tried to contact them multiple times. All they said was "thank you for your understanding".

I ordered a pair of sunglasses almost a month ago and i paid for priority shipping(Canada post- was mentioned on the confirmation email).I did not receive any package until today. They provided a tracking number which was invalid for Canada post.When I contacted them they said the package was sent with Intelcom.On intelcom website there is no update about the tracking since 15 days ago.when I signaled the issue glassesonwwb.ca told me to contact intelcom.So for 2 weeks i am calling intelcom to find out about the package and still nothing. So i got feed up and I asked for a refund. I didn’t receive my money back. I am very disappointed how you handle situations like this. Think twice before you order from them because if is a problem with the shipping they just don’t do the right thing to do.
