Let down by delivery company they use
Could be a decent company, just a shame they use the idiots at parcelforce to deliver. The parcel has been out for delivery twice but still not arrived, they claimed unable to deliver although I was at home both days.
Too much hassle getting the delivery so will not be buying from them again.

Totally inflexible customer services
I tried to order two packs of vitamins, but only one was registered (my error). I sent a message within 5 minutes of the order requesting it to be cancelled so I could reorder the to two packs. No way Jose! Computer says no. Can’t be done. Must request a return when it is delivered. Really inflexible customer services, the product has not been dispatched or I bet picked. Waste of resource, time and postage cost both ways.DONT buy from these people. I won’t.

I like myvitamins website as they have…
Vitamins are decent price no doubt but when we place an order they always say claim free gift but never receive the gift and when I tried to contact the customer service they were not very helpful and kept asking gor my details which I sent so many times still didn't do anything. I only can say please don't mention anything about free gift on placing order when you're not sending any.

Impossible to deactivate subscription
Continue to take money from my bank account when I have not only cancelled the subscription via the portal, but when I have been assured by Customer Services that the subscription has been cancelled and no further funds will be taken from me.
