I gave 1 * as I it was impossible to give nil. Luckily my bank declined a subscription payment so I havent lost anything. Their email address is invalid and correspondence gets returned. I do not understand how these companies are legitimate. To my mind they're a big scam as you're signing up for a subscription hidden in terms and conditions. If my bank hadnt declined this payment I would have been in dire circumstances. As an 80 year old female I find this company despicable

This is a fun concept and that’s fine. But be super careful. It’s very easy to get tricked into a recurring subscription. Cancellation is then very difficult getting past several messages on the website and then the website going slow at times.
Many sites like this are reasonable if you have genuinely ended up on a subscription unintentionally. This one had zero understanding and simply points to some messy T&Cs… Any further request for a refund is simply ignored.
Just to save yourself hassle and a potentially unwanted subscription, I would avoid this at all costs. Hopefully consumers will gain further legal protections against this type of commercial behaviour in due course. Watch this space as my genuine refund request doesn’t stop here.

This company sucks! They lure you in for a trial offer of $1 and them automatically sign you up and take money over and over, and then you email them, they tell you to sign into account, but the sight spits back at you “Can’t Sign You In” but they tell you, in order to cancel, you have to go to the app, that don’t work simple solutions, to cancel!
