As a customer, I appreciate the functionality of the TickTalk watch, but I would like to offer a few suggestions for improvement. First, the wristbands could benefit from enhanced durability and higher-quality materials to ensure long-term comfort and wearability. My son's wristband tore just after few months of use. Additionally, offering multiple size options would be greatly appreciated, as the current one-size-fits-all approach does not accommodate all users, particularly younger children or older children. Lastly, making the watch accessories available on Amazon would significantly increase accessibility and convenience for many customers.

We have a TickTalk4 that has a broken wrist strap. We contacted customer service and was promptly responded to by Evelyn. After several email exchanges with our questions, she gave us some options and offered a discount if we opt to upgrade to TickTalk5.
We love the TickTalk4 and we've had it since 2021. High time we upgrade and is looking forward to our new TickTalk5.

I had to purchase a replacement band for my daughter’s TickTalk 5. Once I placed the order, an agent contacted me offering to provide me with a shipping label for the watch band to be replaced by TickTalk Techs. I was so greatly since I did not have the tools to replace the watch band. It took less than a week for the band to be replaced and is on its way back!

Great customer service! Would highly recommend. My son is 11 years old & Has been very useful. My son says “It’s awesome. It has a built-in radio and you can listen to your favorite podcast.”

Great watch for kids. Easy to setup and good parental controls make it a must have for younger kids. Best alternative to a phone.

Band too small; using largest hole right out of the box! Must go through the company to buy extra bands…do not sell in amazon!

This is my second time buying a TikTok watch for my child. I’m excited to see has a new future work on this one. We liked the previous version, and got a lot of years out of it until my child broke it by getting it in water.

I liked that I didn’t have to establish another phone line and everything is already set up for you.

Wrist band quality is poor. My son barely wear it and it is easily broken. Bought a new one but they only gave me 24 hrs to respond for replacement service. I saw it late and now I need to replace by myself without tools. This is not acceptable.

I had an issue with a watch I purchased that was out of warranty and they offered me a new watch at a discounted price.

As far as the product itself goes, I do have a few complaints, but this is rating the company and not the product.

I’ve been a long time customer of TickTalk and my son’s old watch was broken and no longer wearable. The customer service rep offered me a discount on a new watch (TickTalk 5) but at the time, even with the discount it would out of our budget. Months later, I was able to offered it and they still honored the discounted price. Ordered placed and shipped out the same day.

Speaking with customer care about my sons watch damage was so easy and seamless. Love the support.

Tech support has been very helpful regarding addressing questions and offering discounts.

The product I wanted was easy to find, and when I selected it, the website recommended the base+screen protector combo that I was also going to buy.

Overall, I had everything selected and purchased within barely a minute

Best kid and parent friendly watch, with lots of important features like video calling, and gps tracking. One of the most important feature is SOS and listening in to surroundings when kid isn't able to talk. Definitely would recommend.
