Great product. Prompt service, easy to install myself. I just hope the band lasts longer than 6 - 7 months this time.

This watch has been great for my daughter. It has greatly reduced my anxiety with her catching the bus as I can communicate with her, see her location, video chat, call, and more. Also customer service has been great, you can call or send an email and I have always gotten a response within 24 hours.

I just spent a lot to get a new wristband for my kids watch. It did not come with a screw drivers. I don’t have the ability to change it without these.

Love this watch for my 2 boys!! They are 11 and 9 and I refuse to get them a phone but being able to communicate with them and track them when they are not with me is a must. This watch has done everything I hoped for! I also LOVE the school setting feature that locks the watch during school hours but they can emergency call me if needed. These were worth every penny!

We recently upgraded our TT4 to a TT5. The TT5 has much improved sound quality and it seems to be much more durable. We've had TT watches for several years and absolutely love them! In our opinion, our kids are not yet old enough for a phone so the TT watches are perfect because they allow us to stay connected to them when they're roaming the neighborhood at friends' houses. Best of all, the monthly cost is very affordable. I would highly recommend these watches, customer service is also stellar!!!

We researched many smart watches for our child and came upon the tic talk 5. We love it's functionality, wifi call ability, GPS , remote answer , parent controls and emergency call signals. It allows us some relief of worrying when he is at school or playing with his friends. He loves it as well.

I had some issues w/ checkout and was going back and forth with the chat line. That was frustrating. The agent wasn't seeing the same things on her screen that I was seeing no mine. I ended up forwarding my husband the order so it could be completed.

After setting up the watch, my 9 year old has been able use the phone easily. Most of the time the location where my child is has been accurate. I love that it has i heart family radio. My 9 year old connects her blue tooth headphones an listens to music sometimes on her way home from school.

The down side, you have to have the app in order to send and receive text. My child is unable to text her grandmother because her grandmother has to have the app. on her phone.

Another downside my child has not had the watch for a year yet and I just had to order a new watch band due it being ripped at certain parts. Also where the sim card goes the cover for the sim card broke off an is currently held together by a piece of tape.

overall the watch works decent enough for my 9 year old.

We bought a Ticktalk 5 for our 5 year old daughter and 8 year old son. We chose this watch because it didn’t have games to distract them but still had fun features like music and step counting. They both love the watch and can send everyone in family including each other messages, cards (animated pictures), and they have a daily step count competition. We got the additional charger stand which I think was worth the extra cost because it makes charging the watch super easy for them. My 5 year old is able to put on and take off the watch by herself. They are both great about putting it on each morning and putting it on the charger each night. We like that the watch can be placed on silence or disabled while at school. It is so helpful when go out places because if I don’t know where one of my kids are I can just call. Definitely would recommend this watch to others. Also had to call customer service today because my daughter’s music wasn’t working and I spoke to an actual human who knew exactly how to fix the problem and prevent it from happening again.

Unfortunately this was a purchase to replace a defect in our original watch. However, customer service (Dave) was excellent and the process was smooth.

Got the Ticktalk5 for our son and we love that it has accurate GPS tracking which we need for our non-verbal son that elopes. The battery lasts long (2-3 days) and doesn't need to be charged all the time. Comes in handy during the winter months to accurately track school bus arrival. It's waterproof so he can also use it while swimming.

Recently, I reached out regarding an issue with my son's watch, which has been in use for about a year and a half, as the strap had become detached. While I was informed that the warranty had expired, I was pleased to learn about the option to upgrade to a newer model at a discounted price. This has been a fantastic watch for our 10-year-old son. It allows us and him to communicate and coordinate much better than before. Instead of yelling through the neighborhood when it’s time to come in, we can call or text.

One of the big things that sets the TickTalk apart is the camera. He can video chat with friends and family as well as take pictures, which he loves.

The customer support is also very responsive.
