This happens due to the high demand for seats and the limited availability of tickets, which must be confirmed directly with the airline before we can issue them. As soon as we received confirmation from the airline regarding the availability of your flight, we issued and sent your electronic tickets without delay.

We also see in our system that you submitted a refund request after your tickets had already been issued. According to the airline’s fare rules, these tickets are unfortunately non-refundable, and for this reason, your request for a refund had to be closed.
