Constantly had to check with customer service why more order hadn't been dispatched. They gave me multiple different excuses, from printing issues to dispatch times. Poor service. Ordered end on November, order arrived about 5-6 weeks later.

Just perfect! Even better than I thought.

Ordered on the 7th jan, picture accepted by myself on the 12th. It’s now the 25th and every time I email them asking where the hell my picture is all they say is that they’ve forwarded my message to the manager, yet I hear nothing from this ‘manager’. Very annoying. This is a birthday present that I need to arrive on time!!!

I'm very happy and satisfied with the result of my two pet frames! I would really recommend Mypetframe to anyone.

Ordered on Black Friday, never received any communication about my order. When I tried to contact the shop through their various platforms, my messages were left on 'read' and never answered.

Was told after a month!! that my order was printed. Received a tracking code. Things were looking good. Sadly the tracking website told me the package wasn't even at the carrier a week after the tracking code was created. When asked about this, Mypetframe simply gave me the same tracking number in response and left me on read for all my other messages.

I grew worried and contacted the carrier for more info (info which mypetframe refuses to give!) I was told the tracking number is not even in their system!! Mypetframe turned out to be a total scam. Please do not order here!!

Made an order the 23th of October. 3weeks later i've emailed them to know where was my order but there was an issue to send me the drawing proof. After seveval modifications, my drawing was still waiting to be printed. The excuse was taht the printer was broken and they were buying a new one. After that, too many orders for christmas. I've asked a refund the 30th of December so 2 mounth lost.
I don't recommend them at all, they are just good for apologizing.

I ordered my frame on the 28th of November. It said it would be delivered the 4th of December.
I did not get it until the 23rd of December and had gotten it delivered to another address so my mother did not have a present for Christmas. Was very disappointed.

Wow . Very very happy with my order . I Ordered 4 frames for Xmas gifts and they all look excellent. I would highly recommend. I will order again in the future

Bought this item on the 3rd and by the 5th I was asked to review the finished artwork and thought that the speed was great but unfortunately it is the 17th and I haven't had any communication since. I have emailed but no reply to date. I have no idea if it's been shipped or not. This was supposed to be an Xmas present but I have doubts that it will turn up in time. Disappointed.

Still no delivery. Waiting for 2 products! 2 weeks at least.
No answers to my emails.
Tracking link doesn't work.
Strangely, I receive emails from other customers complaining about the customer service....what's that??? You don't have a bad conscience to collect lots of money and not fulfilling the service!!??

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

great customer service by providing a draft that you can accept or slightly chance to have it really customized!

Says fast shipping on the website and its anything but. Im now waiting over 2 weeks for my package to arrive. I had to email twice (one week apart) before I received any tracking information on my package when it says they'll get back to you within 24hrs. Stop making promises you can't keep and letting your customers down.
