Print is normal, but the sales team is slowly, I wait for a 2 week answer!!!!!!

The pet frame was a birthday gift for my son. He was very happy with it as his older dog has crossed to rainbow bridge and he said this was a lovely reminder of his two dogs happily sitting together.

Professionnel de santé, j'ai commandé des pinceaux pour aller sur des manches de cette même marque. nous y avons passé beaucooup de temps entre le description et les photos. néanmoins a réception des produits ca ne correspondait pas du tout. Après les avoir contacter par email, on m'informe que je dois prendre en charge mon retour et que c'est ma faute. et depuis maintenant quelques jours plus personnes ne répond par email. Il n'y a pas de téléphone. une communication compliquée et un professionnalisme inexistant. DECONSEILLE NE COMMANDEZ PAS CHEZ EUX

Print is good and very good representation but was centred in frame leaving a large gap which just looks wrong Asked to change it for me but wanted £23 to do another print which wouldn’t have been framed

It was quite effortless, I sent a couple of photos over to them and the picture they produced was a great likeness to our dog,great service as well, always kept me informed,and the delivery was prompt.

Painting was very good but it took over a month to arrive and communication not professional

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish.
I edited my design a few times and nothing felt like to much trouble. Very helpful.
I love my frame and it takes pride of place in our home, it captures our Basset hound brilliantly. I would highly recommend.

Did not fulfil the full order, so only received the poster and not the frame.

Shocking customer service and communication.
Picture arrived with damaged frame. Was bought for a special gift for a friend. Tried and tried to get them to send replacement frame. Had to purchase one myself as a last resort as needed to give the picture for birthday present. Two months down the line have finally received just a £9 refund for the frame I purchased after issuing a complaint through PayPal.
Steer clear of this company as they are totally not interest if you have a problem. Will never use again and would NEVER recommend them!
Also never apologised for all the upset this caused me and they do not communicate with each other!

Great picture, my brother , who was Paddys owner, was really pleased with the results, stating that the artist had captured Paddy brilliantly.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service, it’s non-existent. I have messaged on Instagram and got nowhere, and emailed, and still have no response! Not received my drawing in the post and nothing has been done about it. This was my 4th time ordering. Will not be ordering from here again after this experience.

Beautiful petframe. Waiting to go on my wall after decorating. Ordered mug too. Both lovely.

it is a great idea as a gift or memorabilia. the website is very easy to understand and maneuver. the end product was exactly as it is advertised, great quality, good materials used. I was very happy with it. One tip for you, when you message them with your edit request, you won't necessarily get a confirmation from them, but be assured that the piece will be edited as you requested. They might be silent, but they are definitely listen, taking note and acting on it!

Poor service. Poor pictures and no way of approving the second picture which arrived without approval. Despite several emails - was advised it was a bug. Avoid at all costs

Loved the quality of the prints! Loved it so much I ordered another one but with two dogs. Every detail on them matches them in real life. Absolutely love my pet frame prints and definitely will be ordering again as soon as I have some more photos :)

I bought mypetframe as a Xmas gift and the experience couldn't have gone better. Easy to order, efficient service and I was over the moon with the result. Had to hide it in my wardrobe for a month and I should have recorded the reveal as it was obviously unexpected. My gift was received with many tears and plenty of hugs. I couldn't recommend mypetframe more highly. I presented the frame with a picture of her beloved shihtzu and the reproduction is superb. Five stars
