Really displeased with my experience. I submitted photos and received proofs right away but they looked like something a child created (which could be endearing but seeing the examples on their website it just didn't compare). I expressed my concerns and kindly asked to cancel but it's been nearly a week and no reply! There's no contact number, the chat is a bot that sends FAQs and ends the chat, and obviously no reply to emails. Very disappointing.

*Update: they've since written to me (copying and pasting the same "sorry for your experience" jib jab) but refuse to acknowledge the issue. They say they're refund policy is within 2 days but I recieved my prrof and requested a refund within 45 hours. Still nothing.

Item advertised as watercolour that “one of our artists will get to work on”. Item is actually a cheap print using a computer generated filter (I now see many other companies advertising the same).
Also had to contact them to chase up the digital copy that I should have received instantly.
Not worth the extortionate price, which they have just increased further!!

Really bad not received my item. Nothing but excuses and no real effort to locate my item.

Beautiful print, proof took a couple of changes to get what I’d originally asked for but it was worth it. Many thanks

I've had two pictures done so far and plan to have another at some point. The service has been fantastic and the quality is exceptional. Both pictures truly sum up the characters of my pets perfectly. One of my frames fell off the wall two days after hanging, breaking the glass, I was devastated. Customer service has been second to none and they sent me out a replacement frame so I could get my girl back up on the wall! Definitely recommend this company.

Amazing drawing would definitely buy again but came in a cheap frame and the hooks on the back fell off as I opened it up but apart from that was absolutely beautiful
