Don’t even try to do the nie on your own it’s an absolute mission as you’ll find everything in Spain is very very slow. Just use these guys for the sake of 40 euros and you can spend more time enjoying your holiday than running around trying to do it on your own. Also these guys know waiting times for appointments so if your on a short holiday you need to use these guys as they will tell you right away which police station will be better for you. This is what you will need:
Entry stamp on passport
Nie.co.uk will tell you quickest police station for appointment
Nie.co.uk will fill in your forms (crucial)
Pay 10 euro tax in a branch has to be BBVA or Sabadell. Note most branches close at 11am and may only be open a few days a week so do this in advance.
Passport photos x 2

I ended up calling nie.co.uk quite a few times and their customer service was outstanding. After the horror experience I had of trying to sort out the nie number for my mum walking aimlessly in 35 degree heat I’d pay these guys 400 euros let alone 40 euros so it’s an absolute bargain.

Generally very good service. You can do it all yourself- but this is much much easier and saves the hassle of getting the appointment and sorting the paperwork. It’s well worth the money and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an NIE.

My only pointer would be that the instructions are good but a little all over the place. Definitely not as clear as they could be. It’s like they added things over time and it just needs putting in some a better order. There are things at the bottom that could be easily missed as it says it’s everything but then continues with extra information that is relevant.

I wasn’t in a crazy rush but I had my NIE appointment through within two days , I was totally prepared for the appointment and I got my NIE appointment. All within a week. I called to check on things and they answered the phone straight away and were very helpful.

Hi. I contacted James on 24 May to organise NIE appointments for my daughter and son in law having tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks via other "professionals" and under my own steam. I got further in 3 minutes with him than in the previous 3 weeks. I progressed the appointment several times and finally they got a mail from My NIE on Tuesday May 31st with a confirmed appointment the following day, some 45 minutes' drive away. Not an issue. Payment at the bank was a nightmare because the banks do NIE processing only on certain days between certain hours but they were able to do it at a BBVA ATM with lots of help from My NIE's very clear instructions. The reason I'm not giving them 5 is that it would have been really helpful when the original bookings were made if the detail of what documentation was required could have been sent in a link. Leaving this to the day before the appointment meant that my daughter and son in law had to do a lot of running around. Had they been told in advance at the booking stage what they needed to provide they could have got all the documents ready before they left the UK. Anyway all's well that ends well and they got their NIEs first time so thank you to James. Also thanks to Lisa for offering to be on the end of a phone if things got difficult at the police station. Fortunately they didn't.

I successfully got an NIE number in Murcia on the same day and I don't think I would have been able to navigate the system without the invaluable help of mynie.co.uk. It's the best money I ever spent! Paying the tax proved extremely difficult and I had to try 6 banks before I managed to get help and pay via an ATM. Their notes forewarning me of this were particularly helpful. Thank you so much Lisa and team for your help and flexibility when making my appointment and for all your advice.

Applied online after seeing on their website "No Hidden Charges, No Extra’s, FREE Support 9am-9pm 6 days a week" got the appointments and was advised without stamps in our passports we would not receive the NIE. We are French residents and cannot obtain stamp in passport when driving across borders. Asked for help in this situation and received extremely rude correspondence suggestion we were no aware of BREXIt and the 90 day rule. Refused to refund any money even though we had to cancel appointments. Would not recommend this company unless you want to waste 45 euros each!!!!! Now going direct to the Spanish Consulate.

After getting nowhere with another company for months I was recommended MyNIE by a forum fir people in Costa Blanca I contacted them as a last resort as time was against us. I messaged them asking if they could assist with such a tight schedule. I was reassured that it would not be a problem….I paid the fee which was considerably less than what I paid the others and was blown back on how quick they went to work, from instructing then to getting an appointment through was 48hours.

We were explained in simple terms what we had to do and we attended our appointments and everything was straight forward. I just wish we had found them 1st

If I could give anyone any advice I would say try these 1st not last they will save you a lot of time, money and stress. If you need an NIE then these are the people to sort it. There true professionals in there field

Lisa has been amazing throughout the whole process. She helped file our TIE applications, which in total took the Spanish authorities 6 months to complete. Lisa has been super fast on all my queries and very reassuring. Even when the immigration people asked for more documents, Lisa told us exactly what to send her and within days we had a positive result. For 60 euros - it's amazing the service Lisa and her team have given us. At the start, it felt too good a price to be true. But I can say 100% that it is real and I would have no issues using them again or recommending them to anyone that needs to get their NIE or TIE here in Spain. Thank you!

I tried to get two TIE reservations in Alicante for weeks, I must have tried online at least 300 times
I paid Mynie to act on my behalf and was relieved to get both appointments at a similar time 4 weeks later. The process after getting the appointment is relatively easy and there are many articles in the local press giving guidance as to attending the relevant two offices.
I have 5 friends who gave up trying to get appointments and went to three different local agents to act on their behalf which included being accompanied on their appointment dates down the road to Alicante. Their agents' charges varied from 300 to 450 euros per person so I reckon our 60 euros per person to get the appointments was a great result. Well done Mynie, you were very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend your excellent service.

If you have time to waist and money to loose, do not hesitate! Absolutely horrible. I had to find someone else to do the job.

Success! This company helped me get my N.I.E. an appointment was made for me within a week of applying. Cheap and always answering my calls.

First – they opted not to do the NIE job for me
Second – even though I opted to pay via Credit Card I was forced to pay via PayPal. I did not want this.
Third – They had to be reminded to refund my money after a two week wait.
Fourth – they refunded via PayPal where I am now being subject to a further 2 week wait.

Overall TERRIBLE customer service
