Good service, in about 10 days i had my apointment for renovating my nie residence ( the small funny green cheap paper thing )
Good instructions what to bring, and some Do's and Don'ts.. 1 tip, put also the price in euros all included on your site.. in fact its a bit strange that you have to use a company for making apointments.. i tried 1500 times, and at least i had a cita, waiting time 2 months, and 100 kilometers away from my residence..
James arranged in Denia, so only 25 kilometers away..
Happy with it ++

Extremely rude customer service I asked for a refund and got one thankfully.

They took my payment asked for a copy of my passport then didn’t contact me for a full week. After politely asking whether they could update me on what is happening now, I received very rude responses, stating that is not how it works in Spain we will not update you we will just let you know when you get an appointment. You can’t take peoples money then not contact them, not tell them what they need to do next in this complex process and just expect them to hang on and wait and then be rude to them about it!!! I am shocked at this very poor customer services which involved personal attacks and abusive emails.

I cannot recommend this service highly enough. I was able to get my NIE within 36 hours of contacting the company. The service was speedy and efficient and well above my expectations. Also it was amazing value for money. If you need your NIE in a hurry and are willing to travel a bit out of area then it’s ideal. Comprehensive instructions are provided and tell you everything you need to do and take with you. If you comply with this guidance the process of getting an NIE becomes amazingly simple.

Everything was very uncomplicated and easy. Lisa responds to emails quickly and she could help me with any question I had during the process. At first, the website looked a bit like a scam to me, but I’d recommend everyone do it with their help. Totally recommend! £30 well invested!

One of the rudest business owners I have ever come across.

There are so many bad reviews about this company but I decided to give them a try. When I asked about the reviews and THANKED HER FOR BEING SO HELPFUL she refunded my money and threatened me with a “denouncer” while calling all of her clients that had issues (from her application filling or their own issues) IDI OTS.

AS SOMEONE WHO RUNS A BUSINESS, THIS IS DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR, AND ALL THE BAD VIEWS ARE COMPLETELY WARRANTED. IN MY OPINION.
Save your money and give it to someone who appreciates your business

Highly recommended. After finding it impossible to get an appointment My NIE got me an appointment the next day and I get my NIE number within minutes. They have loads of positive reviews on Google Maps to check out but I have no hesitation to recommend them :-) You can see that the negative reviews are not My NIE's fault- please read their extensive information to make sure all goes smoothly

Please please STOP DO NOT USE MY NIE SPAIN we have had the worse experience ever. We are any elderly couple and used them for our nie number well we have a holiday home near Vinaròs they sent us 3.5 hours away to Dénia ok not a problem but when being seen by a lady police officer she advised my other half that he had overstayed in eu refused to look at mine and sent us away! We were so confused we knew in our own minds this was wrong but she was in authority we panicked and went back to Vinaròs scared and worried. We checked our passports and we had only been away from uk for 40 days total in a year! I contacted nie there response apply again my response was we checked at border control spain and uk we are rights once again asked for assistance from my nie to be told we were still wrong! STAY CLEAR OF MY NIE

They came up with the goods for me. I got an appointment quickly and then my NIE.
The website is helpful too as it explains everything you need to take with you.
Overall very pleased and cheaper than other companies.

I don't understand how the police accepts things being so controlled by what is basically a third party mafia, but here we are. If you want to get an NIE appointment you basically have to go through a "gestor" or a company like this, as they seem to snatch up available appointments as soon as they are released, and then sell them to people who actually need them.

That being said, I paid 30 Euros and the day after I had an appointment one week later, which would have been impossible on my own. The impossibility of course stemming from their racketeering scheme to begin with. I was given a lot of useful information about how to handle the procedure and they filled out my forms correctly so all I had to do was print them. I would have struggled with these things on my own. They used Whatsapp for contact and sometimes responded to questions. I successfully obtained my NIE within 10 days of contacting (paying) this company. The police at the CNP are insanely rude and uninterested in being helpful, so read all the instructions myNIE.co.uk gives you thoroughly and follow their instructions. Their website looks like a scam, but it worked alright for me.

I dislike that I had to use them to get an NIE appointment, but can't deny that they were somewhat useful and delivered what they promised.

They supplied the requested forms and made an appointment, but when I encountered problems they were very unhelpful and rude. So be prepared to solve any problems yourself, they won't make any effort for you - hardly answer questions.

I contacted the Mynie company for help in obtaining NIE. They organized an appointment for me. All documents were filled out accurately, there were no problems during submission! All my questions were answered quickly and clearly. The site also has a lot of useful information and instructions that helped me do everything correctly at the appointment, even the necessary phrases in Spanish! I highly recommend it!

I would recommend using a local agency if you are in Barcelona as they are more familiar with the police stations, getting quick appointments and the services each police station is willing to provide and based on which paperwork (this varies greatly). Also, do your own homework. MYNIE got me the appointment in Barcelona the day AFTER my supposed start date at work (luckily my employer was happy to move my start date). The police man would only give me my temporary NIE which allowed me to start working (after figuring out how to get the Social Security number, another story) but I then paid another agency €100 in Barcelona to help me get my green card / residency permit which I needed to start my husband's residency process as he's not a EU citizen. I think the money to MYNIE was well spent as it's very affordable but I cannot stress enough how important it is to use a local agency with local knowledge, especially in Barcelona. I'm a EU citizen and my process took almost one month from arrival, even though I started everything from abroad a month before my arrival here in Barcelona.

For N.I.E it is a realy good and fast Service.
BUT the extra Service for the social security number is a rip-off. They just fill in your datas in a paper you can easily download and is not Hard to understand. Also half of my datas were filled in wrong. I had to Do the paper on my own again and in the End i didn't even needed it because in valencia they don't use this form at all. And the explanation they gave also didn't help.

Extremely fast response times, they also refunded me when I made a mistake on my order, which only builds further trust. Appreciate their kindness.

I have contacted with them yesterday 19/01/2023 and they get back to me pretty quick. They arranged an appointment for today and sent me all the forms in PDF with the whole guideline. Just to be clear English isn't my first language. But even a monkey can get through all the procedure with their well detailed information about how to do it. If someone can't do it with their system there is no way can do it other way!
Thank you for your help!

Disgusting filled information on forms for tie, got turned away at police station because of their errors. Visted police twice and the bank because of this. Do not use them, wasted my money on them, ended up doing new forms myself

Very rude staff. They booked an appointment for me and forgot to contact me. I confronted them and they yelled at me twice. No refund. They also caused a world of new troubles that I have to fix since I missed the appointment, I can't just order a new appointment.

Paid to get a booking in 24hrs, never came. When I complained, I got an abrupt email with refunds. Lol !!
What a cowboy business !

If you are getting a NIE in Spain you NEED these guys. My uncle got his NIE yesterday without any hassle. He doesnt speak Spanish and is new here and he managed everything thanks to them. These guys do the paperwork for you and give you a step by step guide on what to do. It is not a luxury to contract them, it is a neccesity. Ask for Lisa.
