No one trying to run a business should ever insult a customer.

They bulk-secure appointments and resell them. Over time they've absorbed enough of the process to rebrand themselves as "advisors." If your case is completely straightforward - something you could have handled yourself with a single appointment and some reading - then fine.

The moment it isn't, you'll discover they're entirely out of their depth. The critical problem isn't the incompetence. It's that THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU they're out of their depth.

My wife burned 75 of her 90-day Schengen allowance trusting them - only to learn they'd uploaded everything to the wrong platform (REC instead of Mercurio). Nothing had progressed.

Before we even found that out, James called me mid-process shouting that I needed to leave them alone, that there was nothing more they could do, that I must have "a mental deficiency" if I couldn't understand they'd done everything, and that if I wanted to keep pushing I should call the president, or the king, because James couldn't do any more.

Two days later, a formal letter arrived confirming that nothing had been correctly submitted and nothing had started. When James then claimed he'd fixed it, he couldn't produce a single piece of evidence to prove it.

This isn't a professional service. It's an appointment reseller that got too comfortable.

Haven’t got a clue what there doing. Would definitely not recommend this company.
There just not up to date with the banks and what days and what banks will accept the tax payment.

I used this service to get my N.I.E and a residency card. I've got help with filling up the forms and an appointment within a week, super quick.
Everything I needed to know about additional documentation and payment was explained in tiny details on their webpage.

They booked me a NIE, but in this police station they told me that they don’t do NIE haha! Scamers!

Just used this company to get our TIE cards and we were very impressed again having used them previously,they got us both appointments within 2 weeks and everything went smoothly,the email they send you with your completed paperwork is excellent in that it explains everything you need to do and what you need to take to your appointment,would definitely recommend this company

Awful service.
all they provide is a link to the website of the goverment.
Their replies are extremly inpolite with zero support. Absolut zero.

Got scammed for €60 - no service, no response for months. Avoid.

NIE & Residency for EU citizen & spouse done with these guys, yes the communication could be better but James is spot on....my husbands application was lost or missed, a year later we still hadn't had a response so they reapplied, they stuck with it throughout 👌

Half way into the process they ditched me without an explanation. Less reliable than a parent with alcohol addiction. They could be good if you're willing to do exactly what they say without asking anything. I guess you get what you pay for

What can I say?? Someone seems to have an attitude problem and doesn’t know how to interact politely with people who are paying HER for a terrible service!!

Don’t bother wasting your money, go online and book an appointment yourself for your own NIE number at the relevant police station for FREE….

The wording on Lisa’s website is misleading, it leads you to believe you are paying for an efficient and swift service that ensures you get an NIE number quickly and effortlessly…,However the reality is she is rude & abrupt via email “

Just for clarification the instructions aren’t made obvious prior to signing up and paying a rip off fee of £36 for something you can do yourself totally free!!

Avoid, it’s an absolute scam and she’s not even nice whilst she’s ripping you off!! Adding insult to injury

Don't rely on them. It can take them ages to book your NIE appointment, and when they do, it might be far from where you live in Spain. They also fail to provide clear instructions on the required documents, especially regarding insurance. They may push you toward private insurers they work with, requiring a significant upfront payment.

They booked the wrong appointment for me, insulted and offended me. They also told me that there were no NIE appointments available in my city, but the person next to me applied for one. I lost money and a lot of nerves. I was yelled at, and my questions were ignored.

Did not book appointment and stole money.

Context: While residing in Valencia, I went with the full service (social security number + NIE) and MyNIE was able to get me an appointment at a police station in a nearby town (Denia). After following all their instructions, paying all the required fees, went to the designated police station, and I found out that I needed to have a return ticket to my home country for my application even to be considered. This was of course not informed to me before hand. Long story short, I spent ~60€ (fees, trips, etc) and a whole working day and didn't get anything. In the end, the company essentially told me I must have misunderstood the police officer (even though I'm a native Spanish speaker) and didn't refund me the money for the NIE service. They did refund me the money for the social security number service, which is why I'm not giving them 1 star. Another positive note, they were very responsive, usually responding within a few minutes after sending them an e-mail.

I apply for a NIE number nearly + - one month ago. After 11 days of no contacted me at all I text them, I didn't get any informations if I can know something. They answer that's normal in Barcelona Waiting that long. Yes, I don't mind waiting that long but if you purchase something you usually get back email- " Hi you purchase was successful your number of order is blabla. Or thank you we will contact you back in 2 week or text as in this email if you need something.

Well after 3 weeks I asked if I can have more details about order. Like I don't even know what I need for a NIE number. - for couple days I didn't had answer. So I find number for James and ask him on WhatsApp what I can do. He called mi and give me number to other lady to make insurance whitch I will need it anyway. Then I find out from the lady I have to pay 800€ - 1000€ per year plus mínus for insurance whitch will be not refundable even then I will find a job. So I tried to find more informations about all because I wasn't sure about that. And more and more informations I was looking for more I found out everybody have different story. - somebody wants you have insurance somebody wants you have stable address somebody say you need to have job. Somebody say you need pay 300€ other want 60€. I was confused so I contacted James again I he can talk to me because I was frustrated and tell me at least registration number so I can see I'm in process or my order is processing. Because I start to slowly think this is scam and I need some informations to be sure I'm not just waisting my time. And he was shouting at me if I think this is scam he will returning money straight a way. And he did it. I was cry because of frustration. I'm living in my friend house and try to figure out all by my self. Yes ok probably they are professional and they not need somebody blaim them for doing not good job but that wasn't ok. He called me and cancel all in the second not even try to say ok Jana I will send you confirmations details or that's not ok your behaver because we are good company nothing "like that".

But ok so I supposed to wait 1 month without any informations? Well I don't know what you think about that but I waisted 1 month of waiting. Thank you James for informations was really helpful. Then he texted me Good luck... Crazy little bit... I never seen any customers service like this and I was lived in UK for 12 years and I always said them customer service is the best in the world. But this is just crazy.

I saw MyNIE recommended in lots of different groups, so I recommended it to a friend of mine who arrived in Barcelona. I get the impression that company didn't really want to help at all. After 1 month of waiting to get an appointment my friend called to ask why she didn't have an order number, nothing. She just called me crying because the guy down the phone shouted at her, insulted that she questioned him, and says he's returning her payment. What the hell is this?

Did an amazing job with my NIE NUMBER.
The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them! I recommend that everyone using Mynie should order at least a week before they arrive in Spain! Because you are supposed to go to the police station to get your paperwork Lisa provides for you done. Be in Spain at least to weeks or more.
I’m going to use their services for the rest of my family when they get here. Thank you so much for your help and service.

The worst customer service ever!!! They are so unfriendly and unhelpful. Recieved the required documents only 1 day before my appointment, ON A SUNDAY when every bank is closed and most copy shops are closed!!! I asked for a partial refund since I had to do all the paperwork myself and they were so rude and not understanding!!! I didn't get even 1 euro refund...

I obtained my NIE in Alicante today. Within a week after contacting mynie for help. The instructions and guidance notes provided by mynie were really clear. Great value for money.
