I. Have placed quite a few ordered now for my husband but I have also loved them all. Ordering is easy had no problems at all, I ordered a large bag of liquorice for my husband for Christmas he was really pleased. I have only just noticed that you do sugar free so as a diabetic I will be trying some.

I have had several orders now and have been very pleased. The most recent order had a couple of missing items. We are all human so mistakes happen, but to me you tell the quality of a company by how the mistakes are rectified.

The mistake was rectified swiftly and within 4 days, (2 working days) I received the missing items.

Excellent service. I ordered something by mistake so I sent them a quick email and the item was cancelled and refunded promptly. I was also kept up to date throughout. The liquorice is always very nice

Products are great too. I'm not a Liquorice lover but I buy for gifts for my dad who loves it. Choice is vast and different and presentation impressive. Not the cheapest but quality can't be faulted.

I found this company through Instagram and ordered some liquorice as a Christmas gift for my dad last year. By boxing day, it was all gone because my whole family had eaten it! Very high quality confectionery. Banana monkeys are my favourite!

when paying with PayPal as standard information not picked up, contacted customer services regarding the issue and this was rectified immediately, fantastic service , well recommended.

There was a slight problem paying with PayPal but as soon as I contacted customer services the issue was rectified immediately, couldn’t ask for better communications and service. Thank you.

Best licorice out there

I have been ordering from My Liquorice throughout 2021. The quality of the product is excellent with a vast range of different liquorice to choose from. I have to say that I have never beed disappointed. The liquorice arrives in re-sealable bags which keeps the sweets fresh.
I made a mistake with my latest order ( 3 orders instead of 1 !) - I contacted Patricia via email and she very quickly cancelled two of the orders and reimbursed my payments. Great service

I found this website this morning after doing a bit of research, went shopping but was unable to checkout. I email customer services and got a reply for Patricia who was ever so helpful and managed to sort everything out for me. She even sent me a link with my order so all i had to do was pay. I pre ordered a "My Liquorice" Advent Calendar as a birthday gift for a friend of mine who has a birthday in early November.
I was a little concerned it wouldn't be delivered on time so I wrote to My Liquorice customer services and received a reply from a lovely lady called Patricia who promised me she would put it on a prioritized delivery, and I should expect it next week.
I am delighted to say it arrived today much earlier than anticipated.

Excellent online company. Immediate and helpful response to a query I had, and prompt delivery

I am a regular customer and love all the different sweets I have tried. On a previous order I had redeemed some rewards but they got lost. I messaged and got a very quick response. I then placed an order with the rewards. Unfortunately there was a fault and order wouldn’t go. Once again messaged and Patricia sorted it all out for me. Plus got 10% discount. All that and the most amazing sweets ever. I could not be happier.

I placed an order on Sunday and paid extra for 24 hours by Royal Mail. The order was not processed until the next Tuesday, and the following Friday, the package has still not been delivered. I got offered a 10% discount on the next purchase as compensation which I find rather insulting. There are better companies out there for your liquorice needs that actually deliver on time!

Responding to the company reply: More lies from the company. They registered this delivery to be handed over to Royal Mail on Tuesday but did actually not pass on the parcel to Royal Mail (a common scam way to avoid breaking promises). A 10% discount for a future order is frankly insulting. Shame on you!
