something seriously amiss here
I find it impossible to do business with this company. I registered an account but never received a verification email in over a week. I emailed customer service but likewise have not received a response. I wrote "I registered an account either Thursday or Friday last week but have not had a verification email. I can log in but cannot add an address therefore cannot order". Guess they're not interested in some people's custom.

Response to your company's denial of responsibility - I signed into trustpilot with one email but contacted you on another. There are no emails in my junk folder. Maybe you should check YOUR junk older.

I created an account and never received a verification email so cannot add an address. I sent an email to the address on your website CUSTOMERSERVICES(at)MYKITCO.UK but never received a response. I find it very difficult to believe that the error is on my side. My wife will buy elsewhere.

As a smaller independent business we value every single customer, or potential future customer, and are extremely proud of exemplary customer service. We also value our ratings and are deeply disappointed at your approach to this very questionable situation.
Not only can we not find any record of a VJ Cayman on our system, we have had no recent email matching any of the information provided. I implore you to check all your junk and spam folders, and email our customer service team who will be more than happy to help with any legitimate question or issue you may be encountering.

Still no email received but again we ask you to email us as again customers are our priority. Why would we ever not reply to someone wanting to spend their hard earned money with us? It would simply never make sense. So again please email us so we can help.
