Amazing product designs and solved many of of solutions didn’t even know was looking for

Was only meant to purchase one or two items but ended up purchasing more than intended as kept on finding a reason. After all my purchases I’m now as organised as one can be! Great company, fast delivery, smashing products / designs. Everything is unique, fully functional, versatile and has been designed, and thought out with a purpose in mind. There’s products that I wouldn’t have even considered thinking about which actually I found resolved a solution I was looking for. So win win! ShoppingShipping rates is reasonable which is a win for me and probably the reason I go back since the area I live in despite it being uk can cost more than a product for delivery alone. It was also a bonus that there was a really good offer back on in March which I took advantage of and saved my self a tidy sum with reward of now being fully organised and having everything I need.
Thank you for a great company and amazing products! Will be back!

Fast delivery, very well packaged, and the product is really good quality! Will be ordering from mykitco again!

Not impressed by the quality

Not impressed by the quality - looks cheap, the segments aren't long enough for eyeshadow palettes and the zip sticks -i wish i hadn't purchased

Excellent customer service & best quality products!

I've never experienced such amazing customer service. I noticed a product I'd purchased had a missing part, over a year after my order and finding out said product was now discontinued. Katie from the MyKitCo team managed to locate the missing part and send it right away, free of charge! The tools and bags are by far the best on the market and clearly designed by a true professional and perfectionist. Thank you for the exceptional service.

and they are golden because you will have to pay $30 for shipping and $30 for customs, which you will find out about a few days after payment

We’re really sorry this was your experience. We know surprise customs charges are never a good feeling.

Just to explain a little further, import duties and taxes are set by the US government and are the customer’s responsibility. We flag this on our site and again at checkout when you pick your shipping option, but we understand it doesn’t make it any less frustrating when the bill arrives.

This year in particular the USA has changed tariffs on international shipments, and while we’ve absorbed as much as we can as a smaller independent brand, it unfortunately still hits USA orders hardest. For bigger orders (over £200) we do offer free shipping with zero customs, and we also partner with trusted retailers in the US so customers can shop locally and avoid the bulk of these costs altogether.

We totally appreciate how disappointing this experience was for you, and your feedback has pushed us to review in more detail how clearly we communicate this so others don’t get caught out.

We’d love the chance to give you a better experience in the future, and sincerely hope to welcome you back when the customs processing and overall situation has significantly settled.
