Ordered 2 products..they were poorly wrapped and arrived damaged
Send them 2 emails..never got a response..never got compensation.

A mistake was made on my order and one item was missing. I emailed customer care and this was sorted out within 24 hours. Mistakes happen it’s how they are dealt with that matters and their service was impeccable. A special thanks to Christina for her prompt and timely communication. When you get this kind of service you know you are dealing with a reputable company and one that I am very happy to recommend. Fantastic service and friendly and helpful staff

possibly the worst tan remover I have ever used. Tried it 3 times. The first time I tried it as recommended on the packing and it removed practically nothing. The second time I used more product and left it longer, I was still exfoliating for just as long had I not used it. The third time I tried as recommended as what I can only imagine was an ad and even less effectiveness.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The worst product and I only imagine it is being recommended so much is due to the company paying people for ad’s.

I also went to leave a 1 star review on the product on the rose and caramel website. The review never appeared. I then looked through all of the other reviews on this product which happened to be only 4 and 5 stars, I have seen other people say their negative review never appeared

TAN REMOVER IN EYES - CHEMICAL BURN. Got some in my eye and immediately painful. Had to get emergency optician appointment. Caused a chemical burn under my eyelid. Eyelid meant to be smooth but said it’s now like cobblestones. It’s now been a week since this happened and still very painful in general but excruciating to close my eye, blink or move my eyeball. Has now became infected. On antibiotics, lubricants and cold compressions. Can’t sleep, work or drive properly. Do not get this product in your eye!!

Rose and Caramel is amazing, i’ve used their tanning foams and tanning removers and all have been perfect. When ordering a new Intensity Super Dark tanning mouse it unfortunately came with a crack to the top, I made sure to write an email to ensure the company knew this had happened. No asking for a reply nor a refund or replacement, however Tasha got back to me the next day with not only really helpful information but stating a replacement has already been processed and on its way!! Couldn’t be more impressed with the customer service and products with this company and can’t recommend them more!!

I have just used the intensity mousse for the first time and I'm really impressed. It dries well and doesn't feel tacky to the touch. I haven't tried a red undertone tan before and it really works with my skin tone.

Awful fake tan goes tiger bread in 2 days which isn’t normal. The colour is really orange too. I think they want to sell their remover more than the tan

It’s been a week since I sent their customer service two emails. Their website on google says first time orders get a discount, and then on their website it says you get a free remover product. Yet it’s entirely unclear how you add either of these to your basket. I subscribed and now I have nothing to show for it. Weekly spam from them but no human has replied to my emails. The tan was also on offer that day for 9.99 but now is £13.49.

avoid this brand if you a) don't want to be ripped off b) want to have a reliable flawless tan

I know tanning is hard to get right at the best of times, but I was really looking forward to trying this one after seeing their review videos and positive written reviews all over their website etc.

did the purity clear spray tan before I went to bed and slept in it... followed the instructions on the packet, everything....woke up in the morning to a complete brown splotchy mess😭

the hardest and horridest part though - trying to get the tan off - I've literally used everything (their tan removing gloves, their 60 second remover, baby oil the lot ) still got the tan as brown and as horrible as ever and I can't see it coming off any time soon.

Everything came fine and the website was easy to use.

THE best tan I have ever used! I’m so naturally pale and I find it hard to get a good/natural looking tan from fake tan but their Velvety Super Dark tan is actually insane, it made me look like i had just come back off holiday nevermind a fake tan!!

I have mild psoriasis and most self tans can aggravate it, making it worse for days after. I decided to try Rose and Caramel from reviews I saw and I can honestly say, it's the FIRST self tan i've used that hasn't irritated it at all!

Wonderful products at the right price. Completely enhanced my beauty regime. The tan drops snd nudity spray give an airbrushed finish like a filter. So glad I’ve discovered Rose & Caramel

Excellent service, very quick delivery

Stay away from this product. My daughter used it and her skin practically melted off. Two weeks later her skin is still flaking.
Don’t know how this is allowed to be sold

I am absolutely devastated by my experience with this tan remover. I followed the instructions exactly, including carrying out a patch test and leaving it on for just one minute as guided. Within a very short time, my skin became intensely painful, bright red, and started blistering.

The pain was so severe that I had to attend A&E. The doctor said it resembled a chemical burn and prescribed topical creams and painkillers. I am now dealing with oozing blisters and significant discomfort.

My skin was perfectly healthy before using this product, and I am extremely upset about the damage it has caused. I would strongly urge others to be cautious, as this has been a very distressing and painful experience.
