Ray, at myInnovo, has been prompt, attentive, sensitive and kind. I had a problem which I didn't expect much help for, and became bogged down in my reorder process. Ray has responded twice and solved all issues.

My e-mail was answered promptly, one business day! Their response was perfect and very appreciated. I received a discount that was extremely helpful for me. Never have I received such a professional, courteous response from a company handling my purchase. Their response was timely, accurate, informative and very much what I wanted to receive. I love this company, I had trouble with sizing and was on the phone several times, super helpful and even sent me another pair. All companies should take a lesson from them.

I have never consistently gotten the system to work
Getting the shorts to fit is problematic...size 6 too tight..size 7 Stretched out !!! I could get it to work for 3 days in a row and then couldn't. There is a long wait time for tech support, that should tell you something.
I would love to have had it work for me...very dissapointed

My innovo shorts have brought a real improvement in my condition. However a technical issue arose with a pad which reduced their effectiveness. The customer services team are working to resolve the problem but in the interim, have arranged for replacement shorts so there is no break in my treatment. This is really appreciated.

There was a problem with the product and once I contacted their customer care team they responded positively and then agree to replacement

Lawtitia hung in there with me while we tried to figure out what was causing the problem. It took us several tries and about 30 minutes, but we figured it out and she is sending me a replacement pair of shorts.

It just doesn’t work. I have fussed with it many, many times & all I get are error messages

The representative was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process of checking my innovo when it did not work properly. It was determined that the shorts needed to be replaced. It was a pleasure dealing with her.

Using the leg wrap instead of the shorts was too difficult. I could not get the pelvic floor contractions but my thin legs vs large but made the pants begin with error messages after about 6 weeks

My problem was addressed quickly by Laetitia. She gave excellent instructions and was interested in getting the problem resolved so I could resume my treatments, as I was beginning to see positive results.

I have tried contacting you both on line, and by phone regarding the performance of the shorts.
First, the size 4 was still too loose in the legs, and I have since had to sew them for a tighter fit.
Secondly, I have inquired about the function of all of the patches. I sense no activity in 6 of the patches. Is this to be expected? l Have prepared, and placed them correctly. Please contact me.

Customer service was very pleasant & helpful! Laetitia made it very easy to help me try to see what was wrong with my Innovo pants. The pants are really great & does what they say. Unfortunately I will need a replacement & can’t wait to get them to continue the exercise!

Innovo works!! I followed the instructions for 12 weeks and saw an improvement after 2-3 weeks. After 12 weeks, I used them twice a week. I am disappointed that they last only a few months before one of the connections goes south and nothing works.

I AM ALREADY ON MY 3RD PAID OR SHORTS. THEY KEEP BREAKING AND SHOCKING ME. FOR THE PRICE PAID, THEY SHOULD LAST FOR YEARS. THANKS FOR REPLACING FOR FREE!
