The company offers a warranty with the shorts. I was very happy with the product, it works for me. When a small problem with the pulse electrodes arose, all I wanted was a replacement, which was not offered. Every type of daft inexcusable excuse given but the company will not replace. The customer service rep said they would not replace the shorts in the same size, medical reasons. What utter, utter nonsense. if you offer a warranty with the sale of your product, you are legally bound to honor it. All I can assume is that there is a quality problem with the product and this is why they will not replace them. Buyer beware.

There is a further reply reiterating the same unacceptable statements. I stand by my complaint 100%. Buyer beware. Lok at all the complaints before buying.

So far only a couple weeks in but really liking this. Not painful, just uncomfortable at times. But completely manageable and already noticing a difference.

Only one session but I found it a very easy process. Was able to get halfway to the therapeutic point by the end of the session. Looking forward to continuing with the program.

If you read nothing else, Dear Reader, read this: Innovo is amazing and it works!! I saw results immediately, and I’m only three weeks into the program!

I was having leak problems as well as associated pain from giving birth two years ago. The pain was so bad, Dear Reader, I could neither walk, stand, nor sit without extreme discomfort and pain. I could barely do anything! Much to my humiliation I had to use the electric wheelchair in the grocery store! I couldn’t play with my kids or continue my life passion: studying ballet.

I’ve been regularly seeing specialists for my issues, including a specialized physical therapist, but there wasn’t much improvement nor was it long lasting.

I was losing hope, Dear Readers! I went from studying ballet for twenty years to being scared I would be crippled and in pain forever! Was this really going to be my life?!

What’s worse, I know several ladies with pelvic floor issues that turned into a prolapsed uterus which they had to have surgery for! I wondered if this was my future outlook.

Those fears ceased as soon as I started Innovo! I may be an outlier, but I noticed improvement on the first session. I was just as surprised as you, Dear Readers, that I saw results so quickly. But, I can go walking in the park and play with my kids without leaks and pain! I’m only three weeks into the 12-week program and I’m excited to see how much more things will improve from here! I hope to get back into ballet!

I am so grateful to the creators of Innovo! They’ve given me my life back! It brings tears to my eyes!! Thank you guys so much!

I’ve read a few articles of speculation on the effectiveness of Innovo. I’ve noticed a common theme among the naysayers: they’ve never laid eyes on one themselves. They haven’t personally witnessed the improved situation of a patient struggling with severe chronic pain like I was. Maybe if they had, they’d change their minds and write more accurate articles. I’m forever grateful I decided to take a chance.

I can recommend My Innovo for the following reasons. I first heard of the product from a lady who had post hysterectomy core strengthening issues. She highly recommended the product and how effective it was after 12 weeks of use. I have recently had to really focus on my pelvic floor strength due to post hysterectomy and post menopause vaginal atrophy. What I especially want to highlight how supportive the customer care team are. I had problems with the fit of the pull on shorts with electrode connection. The team gave me an alternative option which was perfect for me . They also sent me a set of gel pads free of charge. I am delighted with my Innovo and although I am just two weeks in to the use, I can already notice an improvement in my core strength. Thank you My Innovo and to the customer care team.

Innovo responded to my concerns immediately. I've never had such a fast response. After a little back and forth the issue was resolved and I am looking forward to my promised replacement.

I am still in my 12 week program (week 7) I do not see an improvement yet but, most say they notice around 8 weeks.
I do think 2 bottles of solution should be included since obviously you know 1 is not sufficient for the full 12 weeks.

Third time I used an error code came up and cannot use anymore.

Nous avions besoin d'un adaptateur pour le short innovo. Le service a été performant et nous a bien aidé. Merci aux deux interlocutrices à l'écoute par mail puis au téléphone. De plus suite à une précédente commande ou le livreur avait injustement facturé des frais un geste commercial nous a été proposé.

I’ve sw 2 customer service reps and they both couldn’t of been any nicer and helpful.

Ray was very thorough and made me feel heard. His manner was very calm. He took the time to explain the whole return process to me.

Ray, was very good phone tech. He was clear and concise, patient and covered all the elements, and came to a hopefully successful conclusion.

The tec. was very helpful and explained what was wrong and how to improve by changing to the other innova so I would get better results with a better contact. thank you for such good service

The operative I spoke to was friendly and helpful, taking me through the troubleshooting process in easy stages. She made a real effort to fix the problem and offer a solution that I was happy with.
We agreed a course of action and I felt that this company genuinely cares about resolving issues satisfactorily for its customers. I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation.
