I ordered a bottle of spray. It came in a timely manner and shipping was free.

I bought these shorts in 2019. At first they seemed to work. However, the shorts kept giving me an electric shock. I thought it odd and stopped the device. Tried a few more times and again got an uncomfortable electric shock. I haven't used them since. They have been sitting in their box and I feel I have wasted £200 on a product I haven't been able to use. Still got the bottles that came with it. I had high hopes but I wouldn't use anything that gave me pain like this.

So efficient and polite. He knew right away what I was asking for. Loved his accent!

Customer service was incredibly thorough and very helpful. I felt that my issue was heard and understood and taken care of in a timely and appropriate manner.

Good concept, terrible product. On my second pair of shorts. They last about 4-6 weeks then stop working and flash error messages. Be prepared to waste hundreds and pounds and hours of your life trying to figure out what went wrong before giving up completely.

Innovo has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The products is tricky and they answer questions well and in a very timely manner. Both via email and on the phone I have consistently had great people help me.

50 is minimum. Went up to 80 and still felt no Kegel-like contractions but did feel PAIN in my buttocks.

I was so impressed how quickly my concerns were addressed and that a new product was sent to me before I even had time to send the defective product back.

Friendly. And quick to resolve the problem!

Customer Services have now REFUNDED the payment. So happy with this final resolvement.

Shame about the correspondence not arriving in mailbox so this was perceived as not receiving any update from iNNovo Customer Services.

Luckily you were able to see this.

Chance (?) its a technical issue on iNNovo's (email) exchange server, would recommend getting that resolved as it'll leave other buyers to possible use similar social network methods such as Trust Pilot, Facebook and Twitter but hey, it all worked out in the end.

The UK courier ‘ EVRi ‘ you asked me to use to return the SECOND ‘ malfunctioning ‘ SHORTS have lost this item. They admitted as such.

THREE times have emailed you at myinnovo.com & no one from Customer Support has responded.

Rang your SUPPORT Tel. line, which says ‘ Send an email. ‘
You’re DON’T respond to emails HENCE using TrustPiLot as not sure how else to get hold of you.
Previous emails have always seemed to work.

I have fully complied with ALL Your instructions to receive the REFUND.

Hopefully you can respond, if not, I’ll try another medium, Facebook and Twitter, as not sure what else to do so you can do your job and communicate to your paying customers.

It's an absolute load of rubbish. I ended up worse off after using the INNOVO. The biggest mistake I ever made.

The representative was very helpful & had me squared away in no time at all.

After my review regarding this product Customer services have responded very quickly. 5 stars for customer service. I'm sure if anyone else has a problem they will try their best to resolve it.

The rep I spoke to went above and beyond to assist me with my issue

The man I spoke with was very knowledgeable and walked me through steps to diagnose the problem I was having with the shorts.

I think this product might actually be beneficial if the shorts would actually last long enough to realize the results!!
My shorts lasted for 6 weeks and then started showing error messages. I re sprayed the pads and tried again and again. I just bought a new pair of shorts at $220!! This could be a very expensive undertaking if these shorts do not last any longer than the first ones, but like every one has experienced leakage, I am desperate for something to work.
Also, make sure that the shorts are a snug fir. Innovo sent me a pair in a size too large and they don't work at all!!

The INNOVO representative was extremely nice and very patient. I have been having issues with my shorts and she helped me work through various steps to find out what was causing the problem.

I have been using this for 16 months.
IT WORKS! In fact I had to back off using it too frequently lately because I was having trouble emptying my bladder.

I was in contact with Laetitia at Innovo about an issue I was having. She was super helpful and efficient and got my issue resolved immediately. The customer service I experienced was excellent and much appreciated.

I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size, customer service person was very helpful in explaining what to do and very patient as I had to find a measuring tape. I will be getting my new short soon,and I'm excited to start the program.
