I used innovo successfully and liked the product until I needed customer service. Both email and phone - crickets. no one ever answered the emails or ever picked up the phone. HORRIBLE customer service, which is so sad because their product works great. Just be aware.

I initiated a return for refund as the shorts stopped working. I sent everything back. Received confirmation of the person who signed and still have not received my refund after a month. I’ve sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered. I’ve now filed a dispute with my card holder to get a refund since I no longer have the product. This is completely unacceptable.

I am being charged by affirm even though I returned my shorts. I’ve been calling for 2 days and the phone line is busy

They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee but it is impossible to fulfill. Their one and only phone number is disconnected. I sent three emails to their email address requesting a return and all went unanswered.

I purchased this product and the first set of shorts that I received, after carefully following their sizing guidelines, literally fell off of me. After multiple calls and emails during with customer service representatives argued that the shorts must fit and be working properly and tried to "trouble shoot" even though the shorts were around my ankles and clearly could not function, they agreed to replace the shorts with one size down (4 nor 5). I pressed for a smaller size, as I am usually an XS and the first shorts were ginormous. But to no avail. If received the replacement and, as I expected, they were still to big. They stayed on my waist, but now fit like mens gym shorts or trunks - baggy around the legs. The only way I could get them to work was to try to wrap string and bandages around my legs to hold the connectors in place. I reached out to customer service again. And was sent back in the same circles that we went through in the first place until finally they stopped responding. I am left with a choice of throwing everything out and looking for another solutions. Or giving another $250 to a company that does not deserve my business to try to purchase a replacement short in a proper size from my own pocket. I recommend against making a purchase from them. If you do, ignore their sizing guidelines or try sizing down at least two sizes. Or have a lot of rope and string around so you can tie your shorts on.

Ray was very helpful and thorough in helping me determine what the issue with my shorts might be. With that, he was able to determine they should be replaced with a new pair of a different size to hopefully resolve the issue I am having.
Ray is very pleasant and I was pleased to speak with him over this matter. He is also very knowledgeable.
Kudos to Ray! My fingers are crossed this will solve my issue and I can get the treatments I need to control if not resolve my situation.

My shorts needed to be replaced, and they were quickly - I am not certain how much they are working to relieve my frequent nightly trips to the bathroom. I am still hopeful that I will eventually see better results.
