I ordered my trousers two months ago and nothing. Now they’re Not even responding to my emails. Has the company gone bust? What’s going on?

Worst customer service experience. It seems that the company had gone out of business. I used Innovo for seven weeks and was very happy with the results. My pants started malfunctioning. I tried everything to get them to work with no luck. I called the customer service line, and emailed them for weeks with no response. Finally, I direct messaged on their instagram account and eventually got a message of apology and eventually received a new pair of the pants. This took so long however, that I felt like I had to start over and had wasted the seven weeks of progress from before. I started using the pants successfully for a couple of weeks, and then the controller itself started malfunctioning and giving me error codes. I tried calling the customer service number, leaving messages and no one would call me back. Finally, I just went ahead and placed an order and paid for myself a new controller. I just hope that with the new controller and pants, I can get them to last long enough for the 12 week program and maintenance. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service.

Save your money! There is NO customer service or warranty. I have contacted this company concerning a repair or replacement for the past 6 weeks. I purchased these shorts in Dec. and after about 5 months the wiring has gone bad in one of the contact patches. I have left voicemails, live chats and emails. All I have received is an email to try different suggestions already offered in the booklet. I am out $550! Save your money!

I was only able to use the product for 2 weeks due to a malfunction of the product it took about a month to get the label to return the product. It took almost 4 weeks to get my money back. So over all I had a bad experience

I requested an exchange for the shorts that were too big. I returned the original shorts using the return label and I have never received the replacement shirts in the smaller size

Communications ignored.
Futile answering questions, they ignore the answers.

Sadly, the shorts only lasted 4 weeks before there was an issue. No reply from customer service for ages and now nothing again. Hopeless. I still haven't resolved it and no one is answering. Appalling.

Buyer beware, the shorts are defective and only last a few weeks. I had the first pair returned under warranty after being shocked. I did not use the replacement shorts for a while and after only about 10 uses, they failed as well and were out of warranty so the company would not replace them. This product is useless.

The service is terrible. I need to exchange a
Pair of shorts for a different size. It took 3 weeks to get a return label and several calls. The product works but service is difficult.

Everything went smoothly with ordering online and being able to change the date of delivery is very helpful.

the shorts are 5 star, The customer service is a 1 star. May 15th i had a conversation about order #31017 with customer service to get a return label, i never received the return label. I called again a couple times to follow up, i was told they were busy/backed up. i still have not received the return label yet. then on may 21st i bought a new pair of shorts cause i could not wait anymore.

I needed to replace the charger because I had misplaced mine. The new charger came in a very timely manner which I appreciated it.

I received my INNOVO within a few days of ordering. I used it for about three weeks and was pleased with the results. I began to see changes in the first week of use. Something between the shorts and the controller stopped working. I contacted customer service by messaging on the website and then by chat a few days later since I had no reply to my message. The associate took my information and determined that it was the shorts and not the controller. I was asked to check my email and that I would receive a return label within 72 hours. They cannot ship the replacement until the return is processed. On the fifth business day after this I have not received the label. I contacted them again by chat and was assured that my return was processing and as soon as customer service sent the release I would receive the label. I think the product is good and seems to be working for me but the customer service needs some attention. It will have been two weeks since my unit stopped working in a couple of days. The downtime is frustrating.

I have been waiting for my refund for two months now!!!!!

My Innovo shorts stopped working. Seems like there is a 12 month warranty but trying to get a replacement pair is very time consuming and cumbersome. Going on two weeks now. The last email to me was to verify my home address that I listed on every correspondence so they could send me a label to mail the failed shorts back? I responded immediately 4 days ago and still no mailing label. It appears customer service may only work two days a week.

This is a great product and it really works! The customer service is beyond excellent. I had some problems with getting the correct fit and they worked with me to solve the issues I was having. When I have had questions they respond promptly. The people are very knowledgeable about the product, too.

I’m happy with the results. Although not perfect, I still have some leakage and urgency issues they have greatly improved. My only complaint with this device is the pants don’t last as long as I feel they should.

Bought the shorts just a month ago, they are not working and I got a nasty shock from them. I have contacted customer service and no response at all. Very very dissapointed and concerned that I have spent 379 euro and nothing to show for it. Interestingly, when I was buying I got fabulous and immediate response.
