Works great.

I was surprised at how well and fast it worked. I have arthritis in my knee.I applied Total Relief and immediately the pain was gone. I sprained my knee not to long after I recieved it. I applied it for my arthritis and it also helped easy the pain of the sprain. Was up and walking in a week . Doctor told me it would be
4 - 6 weeks. I also used Total Relief on my hand.i was developing dubatrurel contracture ( not sure spelled right). Thought I would have to have surgery. Using my hand to apply Total Relief to my knee and now my hand is fine No dubaturel contracture any more. Don't need surgery. I am so pleased with Total Relief.

My husband has constant pain from…

My husband has constant pain from spondylosis of his spine with permanent nerve damage and neuropathy from diabetes. Great product and very good customer service.
Total relief is very effective for my joint pain and some arthritis issues. A very pleasant smell, not like some of the menthol scented creams.

This has been a horrible experience…

This has been a horrible experience from the get go. First off, they lied and said that I could get a product “upgrade” INSTEAD of the original product this means a move away from the original product, right? No! This means they changed my order to include both the original product And the new one and charged me on a recurring basis! There was no invoice while ordering that showed this! There is no phone number so you can’t dispute anything except by email. They have said they are refunding some $, but so far not. This has been going on for a week. Do not trust this company!

Buyer Beware

I was going to order it, then changed my mind. The next day I tried to cancel my order, but they told me it was too late, and it had already been processed. I never received the product. I did argue over emails to try and get my money back, so they offered me a partial refund to give it a try. I agreed to the refund. After I agreed to the refund, I got an email saying that we’re sorry to see you go. I never got my money back and I never received the order that they had said was already processed and couldn’t be canceled. Due to personal issues, I didn’t have the time or energy to continue arguing. I’m out $116. Buyer beware.

Doesn't work. 90 day money back guarantee is fake. They will only refund unopened items. They will convince you to upgrade to 2.0 then send the original and only offer 20% back for not sending the upgraded item. Absolute rip-off
