I told them I no longer want there product to cancel
And they did that was important for me as I can't use it.
And I will never be billed again very important.
Had an issue with placing my order, sent email about it and someone reached out quickly and the order was completed. I found this cream worked quickly and eased the pain for hours.
I want to end subscription and request cancellation within less than 1 hour of ordering since the website seems to be a scam. I’ve emailed and tried calling several times, and the phone calls went through but it went complete silence with zero response from the other line.

This amazing product is so very helpful for anyone with back pain. It has totally helped me get relief. I highly recommend it.
Actually it's a shame as I find this product( their cream) most definitely helping my severe sciatica. But their financial tactics are horrible. On the order I did do, it took over a month to arrive. They charged me 20 dollars more than advertised ( I had those charged reduced by them after I complained) That's ALL I RVER BOUGHT. This is the 2nd time in two months they've tried to put charges thru on my card. If they do it again my bank will be coming after them. STAY AWAY they're Cons. Let me add their phone number of 813-692-4061 is a bogus number. It doesn't even ring. I'm so mad at these people, I've decided to report them to my acting attorney general Jeff Jackson for the state of NC. Also let me add my credit card company has so many complaints against these folks they automatically send text messages asking if we made a purchase on the days HiRelief attempts bogus purchases on our cards. It's against the law , ELDER LAW, to pull this BS on people 60 and older. Disgusting low level tactics from a Florida company.

Then the site took over, chose the "bundle" they thought I should buy.
Feeling that it was more than I wanted to pay, I backed out, painstakingly deleting my personal information, and exited. The next day I got an email stating that my order was being shipped. They were able to retrieve all of my information including the credit card and shipped without my permission.
I immediately sent an email complaining about their business practices.
The next day I got a follow-up email apologizing for what had taken place, and completely refunding my money. They totally restored my faith in humanity. Their tactics left a lot to be desired but at least they made it right in the end.

My relief, I’m truly sorry to say that your product could not help me. I understand understand it helped thousands of other people people in pain however, my pain could not be helped. I tried it and it did nothing for me. I am 90 years old. I have neuropathy in my feet. I tried to use it thinking it would help, but however, it did not. My doctor said there’s not much help for my type of illness being as old as I am saddens me! I have tried two jars with no results. I would like a refund. I placed an order ONCE....I did not sign up for automatic furture orders. HOWEVER, I keep getting billed for the next month's order! I've tried emailing them to STOP/CANCEL these orders and the phone number they provide is a scam!!

I ordered 6 bottles on April 17/26 for $119.70 (with a price of $19.95/bottle only) & a free shipping. As I was about to check out, a message popped out for me to wait. And then offered a discount if I make another order for a lesser price. Thinking I can save for the newly offered price, I grabbed another 6 bottles but when I’m done clicking, I was surprised that the amount was so big $174.00 (with a higher price of $29.00/bottle). And the worst thing was I received an email that my subscription renews in 5 days. I never consented to any subscriptions. So, I immediately responded that I never made any subscription or if I did it, I requested for an immediate cancellation for I am insolvent. They did not reply regarding my cancellation but instead shipped the products worth $184.44 ( $30.74/bottle) and without my authorization and am greatly in debts. This constitute elder financial abuse and a violation of California’s Automatic Renewal Law dated October 17/24 and amended by Gov. Gavin Newsom & signed into law Assembly Bill # 2863 & CA continues to Tighten & Expand Automatic Renewal Law with New Restrictions taking effect July 1/25.
On the other hand, I waited for my doctor’s appointment to seek first his approval & advice if it’s good & friendly for my health conditions for anyway it is just a cream to apply on the skin and not orally taken, so I am thinking it is safe to relieve the pain for my both legs having a diabetic neuropathy with dark pigmentation, redness and swelling on both legs. He adviced me not to use for the reasons that there is an opened wound, skin redness, a stage 3b CKD, type 2 diabetes and liver scarring especially that the cream contains Arnica & magnesium. These ingredients can enter my bloodstream directly bypassing normal skin absorption barriers which elevates my risk of organ toxicity. Secondly, my diabetic skin issues are highly sensitive and some botanical creams can cause contact dermatitis, allergic reactions or infections. Thirdly, topical creams, generally thought to carry a lower risks, but less active drugs enters the bloodstream like magnesium and arnica ingredients that can build up to toxic levels when Kidneys are not functioning optimally. And lastly, for my liver scarring, if an ingredients are absorbed into the bloodstream, it can cause additional stress to an already scarred or impaired liver. With these medical contraindications and endangerment,since I am 77 years old and my Nephrologist has confirmed that my kidneys are shrunken below normal size, I have determined that using this topical cream poses unacceptable health risk for my ailing condition. So, I cannot and will not use this product. Shipping me medical products without physician’s approval or my informed consent is medically dangerous. These product are no longer in use, so I decided to return these unopened and sealed items and I requested for a full refund of $478.14 credited back to my original payment method.
I would like to humbly request for Aga, The Hi Relief Team to please help me in providing the right and official return address, and a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to ensure that the products sent will be received by them and to avoid further delays.
I’m hoping for Aga’s prompt response and kind assistance in returning the items, hence facilitate my full refund. Thanks Aga.

The product helps sore muscles topically after a tiring day but I would never buy anything from this company again. They advertise discounts but charge full price. Their return emails offer a refund but it never comes. They are so untrustworthy. I cancelled my order once being charged full price within half an hour of purchase. Their money back guarantee is bullocks. They keep all monies received with no intention of returns. Also no indication on jar where it’s made. Don’t touch them!

I am using my cream every night and sometimes in the afternoon. There was a misunderstanding when I ordered the cream. When I saw the $ 188 price I panicked. There is no way I could pay that. I thought the special would be under $100. I have given a jar to a friend who is using the cream on her hands. I have had very severe back pain for over two years and wanted something to help with the pain. Thank you. Carol Miller

HORRIBLE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE! I honestly cannot say how this cream works but I can tell you I ordered for well over $100, well over a week ago. They have not even shipped yet. Multiple inquiries to their customer service have been unanswered. There are many other great creams on the market -- PLEASE do not give this company your money!! At this point I've told them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. We shall see.....

I also was buying 2 jars get one free for about $36 each and the total came out as $144. I cancelled. The company may have a decent product but tend to over charge.
