They advertise shipment within the US is 3 to 5 days. My order was processed on 14 May and I won’t receive it until 30 May

I have both my knees and hips replaced but I have still had issues with joint pain in my feet and shoulders. I have issues with taking pain meds and since I have started using Total Relief cream I find the pains are now, once I apply the cream are a thing of the past. I am so glad I took the gamble and bought Total Relief.

Product excellent, Shipping, Tracking information updates poor. Excellent response from customer service but I was never told the truth about the lack of product availability for shipping. It took almost a month to receive my order. Not Good!

Well I really don't know because I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I placed my order on 5/14/26. Like ppl have said your quick to take our money but no sign of the Product. All I have gotten is an email saying it's in progress. I Would love to get my ORDER, MY HUBBY IS GOING CRAZY WITH FOOT PAIN ... I NEED TO KNOW WHERE IT IS. THANK YOU,

It took a little while to find the email and phone number to support for MyHiRelief. I was pleasantly surprised to hear back from them immediately. I was questioning the price. They told me that they would have to check my order first and then get back to me. They got back to me later the same day and because of all the confusion with the price, I was given a 20% discount. I can’t wait for my order to arrive!

I placed my order 2 weeks contacted company because I have not received my order and was told give them 24-48 hours for a response. They were quick to take my money but very slow to take care of the order. Just want my money returned. Poor decision on my part.

Had an issue with placing my order, sent email about it and someone reached out quickly and the order was completed. I found this cream worked quickly and eased the pain for hours.

I want to end subscription and request cancellation within less than 1 hour of ordering since the website seems to be a scam. I’ve emailed and tried calling several times, and the phone calls went through but it went complete silence with zero response from the other line.
