Ordered this as a Christmas gift. Initially ordered one that was too small. Customer service was helpful and we cancelled and I reordered the bigger size. The person receiving the gift absolutely loved it. Would definitely recommend! All around great experience from quality to customer service.

I recently placed my order with My Happy Place and I was beyond impressed. High quality products, incredible customer service, and fast shipping. This company cares about you... feels locally owned even though I live so far :) Will be back!

Update: The customer service from this business is amazing. I sent in pictures of the frames I received and immediately received an email stating they would reprint the order and send replacement frames. Top notch when it comes to customer service. For this reason alone I would order again... Knowing if I am not satisfied, they will do whatever they can to remedy the situation.

Very very disappointed in the frame. I ordered two prints and frames. I was shocked to find that for over $50 each I had to frame them myself. The black wood frames were spotty at best. The paint is not consistent and you can tell. The prints themselves are actually larger than the frame which causes the print to buckle and bow and not lay flat when put in the frame. My husband noticed it immediately.

At this price point I expected better. I was so excited waiting for the delivery and my heart sunk when I opened the package. Had I paid a lower amount I probably would not have batted an eye. Too expensive for the quality received.

Nicely done! Just the perfect closing gift for my young client’s first home. I know they’re going to love it!

Shipping was fast, the print was beautiful and the quality is great too! Looks exactly how it does online- couldn’t be happier!

I ordered a custom poster and immediately after had wished I would have requested a different format. I called customer service, the woman said she would take care of it, and I was a little concerned it may not happen. The poster, however, arrived with my requested changes. Easy and the poster was wrapped in such a way so it was well protected.

I am thrilled with above and beyond my happy prints went with my order. It came out better than I ever could have imagined. Thank you so much for not only your quantity designs but outstanding customer service.

Arrived bent, I get it that it’s not their fault. When asked to send back for a new one it was denied. The paper lacks quality, wouldn’t spend $50 from here again especially given their customer service

I was truly disappointed by the quality of this product. This item was very pricy in my opinion. The frame’s quality was really bad, including gaps in every corner and chipped paint. I will not be using this company again.

The products we received are absolutely perfect! They came safely wrapped and look amazing in the rooms we chose for them. The service we experienced was also top notch and I’d 100% recommend ordering decor from this company.

I received my order yesterday and I am very unhappy. The print is wrinkled. It is also worth nothing that I thought I was ordering a framed “print”. I’m certain that I could have done exactly the quality job on my laser printer with card stock for a much smaller fraction of the price.

I’d like to return this product for a full refund.

Poor job at best.
