Wow they have the best customer service! I got an email sent asking how I like the poster, it came with a couple kinks from shipping, and they were FAST to reply & get it taken care of. I am very happy with this company!
I’m very pleased with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong size and emailed customer service requesting assistance. I received an answer from Kate within 24 hours and she was absolutely wonderful. She was able to accommodate me and quickly change the product. I also received the product so fast. I required more assistance down the road regarding my product and again Kate was quick to help and fix the problem. Will definitely be ordering from My Happy Place again. Thank you!

Amazing prints!
I absolutely love my prints and they were shipped beautifully! I got a mixture of customized prints and already designed ones and I am happy with all of them! The quality is fantastic and I can’t wait to hang them in my house. The box they shipped in kept them dry and wrinkle free.

I ordered a print for my daughter’s birthday
And it looks great! Just as I found it online! It arrived so quickly after my purchase. Kate from the company So helpful and gracious to me after I made the mistake of thinking it hadn’t shipped. I will definitely look to my happy place for future gifts! Their customer service is great as well!

I love supporting small businesses... especially ones that are professional, thorough and produce a wonderful product! I'm not sure what's going on as far as order updates go. The company has already received the money for my order on 04/12/2021. It is now Sun., April 18th, 2021 and I have yet be receive any notifications on the update of my order (#4036) or a shipping email. When I go into the order confirmation email sent the day of the purchase, there is no tracking number - it simply says "Your shipment is on the way
Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status. There is no tracking number for this shipment", which now leads me to question the legitimacy of this business.
