Sadly below average service
I ordered an item front this website, shortly after I received an email that this item is sadly not in stock and I was refunded.
In 2 weeks time this item was in stock again but £20 more expensive (arguably it was a different item as the colour was different).
Anyway I ordered the item. All good until the day of delivery, my order had someone else's tracking number (I didn't know this, at this point I thought they had sent it to the wrong address). At one point my item was marked as delivered and signed for but I obviously hadn't received it. In the end the item did arrive and everything was ok.
I did send them an email when I found my item is not coming to me, that email was responded at the end of the business day.
That being said the delivery is amazing and takes less that 24h.

We are saddened to hear you were not satisfied with our service.
To explain, we had an issue on the day of your delivery which linked the wrong DPD tracking numbers to some orders. We do understand how frustrating this must have been on the day of your delivery when buying from a new store.
Due to the large volume of orders that had dispatched on the day it caused a delay in updating all customers but we did by the end of the day. We are also happy to say that all orders were successfully delivered on the day despite the tracking issue.
We also going through updates with our technical team to ensure the tracking error cannot occur again.
The product you originally tried to purchase was very popular and went out of stock very quickly. Due to its popularity, we bought in more of the product but in a different colour as quick as we could.
As much as we are saddened about your dissatisfaction with your shopping journey, we are also extremely grateful you put your trust in MyGizzmo and your product was still delivered within 24 hours! We hope you enjoy your new purchase!

Legitimate and Positive Experience
Like others I had never heard of this website before so checked reviews before purchasing. All was good and I'd shop here again with no qualms. Fast shipping and an Aarke Carbonator way cheaper than any where else. Excellent!
