Ever since we bought it in 2021, it hardly got android updates a couple times, its current android version is 10.
Mostly it just hangs up all the time, is there anything you could help us to get it fixed ? we also need help to get dedicated charging set and suitable wired earphones. SOFTWARE UPDATES never gets enabled.

When I bought a Fusion5 from Amazon, it came with a USA plug, not a UK one. I contacted Fusion5 & they sent me the correct plug which I received the following morning. The Fusion5 is a great tablet/PC. It goes on holiday with us & is small, light &easy to use. Especially uploading photos & videos from camera memory cards. Thanks once again,  Alan. Shame Amazon couldn't sort it.

Where shall I start 1) the computer mains lead you sent did not work. 2) You forgot to pay postage so I ended up paying for the delivery of something that was useless.

my purchase was from Amazon a Fusion5 Model name FWIN232 HELIOS12 Memory storage capacity 512 GB Screen size 12 Inches.
there was a problem with the tablet , so i contacted the customer service team, and they went above and beyond to help me try to resolve the problem, they replaced my Tablet , and everything was fine. i can't recommend them highly enough for how they supported and helped me

Need a new charger for my tablet, they where very helpful in finding the right one.

Don't seem as fast as I figured it would be. And the volume aint loud at all.

The Fusion tablet has been excellent onsite and in particular running it with VBA code in EXCEL that automatically created new worksheets when inspection issues are identified. It is fast and functions just like a touch window desktop PC. Well worth the investment

Easy ordering. Ordered machine on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday a.m. Great Service.
Nice machine, but the instruction book is rubbish and assumes knowledge. I doubt anyone not used to computers and buying for the first time would have a clue how to go about setting it up. Spoiling the machine for a little bit of paper.

We purchased our Fusion5 laptop in December 2025 (via Amazon) We had a couple of initial set up issues that were very quickly sorted out by emails to their customer services offering not only help to resolve the issues but also other suggestions to improve the operation of the laptop.
Then in June 2026 we inadvertantly clicked on a 'spam' link about the security of the laptop, this resulted in us not being able to get onto the internet at all. Fusion5 customer services gave us a number of detailed steps by email to follow to resolve the issue. When this did not work they arranged for us to return the laptop to them (free of charge) they sorted out the issue (our browsers internal DNS configuarations had been modified by malicious code from the compromised website) they restored the settings to a secure default state & returned the laptop to us within a week (again free of charge) with no charge for the work that they had carried out.
We would highly recommend Fusion5 & would not hesitate to purchase additional products from this company.

My laptop developed faults after 3 months I contacted fusion with details. They replied very quickly and tried their best to rectify the faults with software updates but didn't work so they gave me a free return and they replaced it very quickly comunication was great as well realy pleased

You can tell they have pride in their products. Great experience for the customers!

Purchased a new wireless desktop computer, very easy to set up. Purchased in February, however the keyboard suffered some kind of issue with the numbers lock.
Contacted the company a week ago, to see if they could assist. Received excellent service, in less than a week, new keyboard and mouse arrived.
Never had service like that before from a company.

I've been really happy with this laptop so far. It was easy to set up, runs smoothly, and handles everything I need it for without any issues. The battery life is solid, and the screen looks great. For the price, it's been a great purchase and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable laptop.

This Fusion5 tablet is my second try with this product, I am still not satisfied, and am going to return the item for a refund.

My laptop arrived pretty quick in perfect condition and it’s pretty much everything I was after for a pretty cheap price. Smooth running, windows software, light to carry around… not much more you can ask for!
