Overall good service, everything I needed to know was explained well and minor repairs dealt with efficiently.

Having been looking for a place near to the town of Leamington Spa I found this little gem of a place at Kinmond Court which was perfect. The landlords completely redecorated the place and installed a new kitchen/cooker.

They introduced me to the site manager Amanda who has been extremely helpful in helping me to settle in.

The whole complex is wonderfully clean and very well managed and you can tell Amanda takes pride in what she does.

A very happy tenant indeed!

I have lived in Magnolia Grange now coming up to four years and the manager Margaret is very helpful as when I came I did not know the area and she told me where things were and last week I had my shower put in from Steve Maxwell and his wife very professional job I am so happy with my shower

I wanted to find a flat to rent on the Kent coast as a fresh start to 2022, but was unsure how to go about it, as this was my first move in nearly 30 years, but I wanted a complete change of scenery and to live in an area with a better quality of air.

A friend of mine recommended "Housing Care", and, after I had found a flat for renting in Folkestone, I 'phoned My Future Living and Brigitte, a very friendly and helpful lady who is a trainee Lettings Agent, made a viewing appointment with the very nice and welcoming Development Manager, called Sharon, at Homevale House, in a delightful location, right on the seafront. Unfortunately, the very day I had been been given an appointment coincided with Storm Eunice!

After having to again postpone my viewing appointment because of continuing travel disruption, I was finally able to attend my appointment on 22nd February when Sharon showed me around the flat which I was interested in, as well as the rest of the retirement home with its homely and relaxing atmosphere, including the residents' lounge, on-site laundry room, tea-making kitchen and a splendid view of the English Channel at the front of Homevale House and Sharon explained everything very well and I was "over the Moon" when I was advised a few days later that I had a good chance of being offered an Assured Shorthold Tenancy, after satisfactory reference checks and completing the necessary documentation.

I am also very grateful to Louise, the Tenancy Administrator at My Future Living who has been very kind, efficient and helpful throughout. A few weeks later, I have become a tenant on the third floor of Homevale House, having a lovely view of Sandgate High Street and with a backdrop of the hills to the north, and I plan to have fully moved into my new abode by May 6th.

Having lived in Spain for over 20 years we found the UK very different to when we left. We were delighted with the help and reception shown by the staff to my daughter and my wife and I both before our move and subsequently. Thank you all.

My Future Living are very professional and were very helpful and explained every step towards renting my tetirement flat. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about moving into a retirement property. I am very happy where I am now living.

I recently rented a retirement flat from My Future living for my in-laws and received an excellent service. We spoke to a number of staff about their move and all professional and pleasant. Our queries and questions were answered fully and promptly and a minor problem that we had with the flat was sorted out to our satisfaction before move-in day. The flat itself was to a high standard and represented good value for money.
