I am renting a flat and have been in contact with diffent person from My Future Living and I have found them all very polite, helpful and willing to help.

Friendly staff and we were treated like people instead of being a number. Ian and Daniel were great

Excellent help from the company as we started process of renting from them until our move in date. Many thanks to the team of staff involved.

The admin side was 100% but the refurbishment of flat ie the new kitchen fit fell below standard. New kitchen was not fitted that well , base boards loose and not fitting properly. Old storage heaters which are not environmentally friendly. Otherwise a good experience

We rented a flat in a retirement community with this company. Suffered from damp and mold, old kitchen and drafty patio doors. Now moved out and they won't give us our deposit back. £842 a month, very expensive. Update, still no refund. Now we find our dinning table has been damaged by the damp in the flat. They want to charge £20 for a mark on the carpet. I want to charge £250 for a new table. Who will win. Not me that's for sure.

Moving to our new home was made so easy by Phoebe and Vicky. All went very smoothly with their help, and we are now happily putting our own touches to the flat, and hopefully it will be our forever home!

My Father has been living in Frinton Lodge for 7 years in a rented property very well maintained and a fabulous location. All repairs and any problems we had were efficiently and effectively dealt with and with just one phone call . There is a manager on site and I am sure the smooth and safe running of these flats are down to her presence . All the communal areas are always in tip top condition and the flats have a wonderful weekly program of events .

I am very happy with all the dealings I have had with My Future Living, found the staff very helpful and informative.

Nice little compact flat for two people and lovely building pity it's built in the area of chatham which is very noisy

From me viewing my apartment to moving in My Future Living made everything easy and welcoming. I am now happily settled in and loving it

My future living responded to my repair request promptly and the plumbing issue was resolved within a few days. The plumber was well presented and efficient. I found the repair request form very easy to navigate.

We are glad that we looked for a place to retire to, at Future Living. We are loving it so far and think we will be very settled here in the future.

The manager Sarah at Fulford Court is very obliging and will help with most things. In retrospect a two bedroomed apartment would have suited us better but the one we have is quite comfortable.

Also we made a good choice in choosing Minehead everything we need is here.
