Same problem, different month. Nothing but problems with the bathroom, in spite of 8 visits by plumbers sent by mfl in the last 12 months water is scalding hot and buckets needed to flush the lavatory. I reported the lavatory a week ago, not fixed and no word from mfl

MFL were great to work with. My brother was slightly daunted by this major life decision and while making us aware of a deadline, they were sympathetic to the time he needed. They provided all the information we needed and the paperwork was both clear and comprehensive. On the phone everyone was great. Oh and my brother is now settled in and happy with his decision!

The renting process went vert smoothly and was handled professionally by the rental departments. On moving l logged sone maintenance issues with the maintenance team . This was done about two weeks ago. It two several logs abs emails to get a response . When l asked when will my lounge window be fixed etc l got the response
“I don’t know “?? To date no one has come out and l have had no update!

I am waiting to hear and move into a new home by My Future Living, Received regular alerts what was available, Received a viewing the very next day, And informed without delay of the process, The lady on the emails is certainly organised on emails and telephone , And explains everything so you don’t get anxious 😟, Feel reassured everything will go smoothly with the move, And can relax knowing everything will be taken care off. I do recommend them highly. and specially the young lady on the telephone. Feel Comfortable with her service. Thank you all.

Having waited 3 months for a plumber to replace the defective shower, it was finally replaced by another plumber last Friday 16/6. I have no complaint about the excellent plumber or the shower, but the flow of water is too fierce for the tiny "whale" to cope with. Since last Friday I have been unable to have more than the briefest of washes before the shower cubicle FLOODS. At 82 and with a cardiac condition, I am forced to mop up the resultant water and cannot go on doing so. It is too risky. I emailed re this 3 days ago and it seems I have to mention the word "complaint" before anything is done. The latest response from your Maintenance assistant is a tepid reaction to an urgent matter. Now I am told the plumber has "availability" next Tuesday - another 5 days! Surely the overworked plumber could be allowed to re-schedule less urgent work and call sooner in view of my distress? I am at the doctor's next Tuesday so that day is unacceptable, anyway - something I had mentioned previously. As a former nurse, I am distressed to think that this is how you treat the elderly infirm.

The service I received was excellent! The communication was really good and I was always kept up to date on everything. Alexandra Hyslop was very professional and a pleasure to deal with so I would like to thank her for everything.

First time renting for my elderly mother. The whole process was very straightforward, staff knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Communication maintained throughout the whole process.

We were apprehensive about renting and moving to a retirement flat, but we needn’t have worried - My Future Living made the process very simple. Alex and Daniel were both extremely friendly, helpful and courteous and answered all our queries quickly and efficiently.

When we moved into the flat we didn’t have any hot water, but after phoning My Future Living, an engineer arrived the next morning and sorted out the problem. The boiler is now working perfectly, but we’ve recently heard that because it’s over 20 years old, a new boiler is to be installed next week. We feel very reassured and impressed by the service which we have received.

We’ve settled in well at Brampton Court in Chichester and are now looking forward to many happy years in our new home.

Having been recently widowed, the thought of looking for another home nearer to my family was something I did not relish.
