As I have already stated, we have done this now 5 times - still to no avail!

Really poor service. I have applied 4 or 5 times for my parents (80 and 75 years old) for similar properties at Homeleigh House in 'Bournemouth. Each time we have been strung along. One time being told the property wasn't ready until a month - waited then it has suddenly gone. Another time I kept in weekly contact with the office, and informed I'd be told when the property was going to be viewed. Then emailed again and infoemed there were no more viewing slots! Seems to be a waste of time.

Since my first contact I received the information requested very quickly and straight forward no hassle.

My future living was excellent in helping find my mum a nice cosy flat. They was helpful and friendly through every stage and would highly recommend them.

I was just happy everything went so smoothly, also how each member of my future living dealt with my process.

I had been looking for residential accommodation during the early summer 2023. I found 2 rental properties offered by My Future Living. After an online enquiry, I was contacted by Alexandra Hyslop from the lettings department. Alexandra explained the procedure, arranged viewings of both properties. Once I decided which property I wanted to rent, the process towards occupying the property was taken up by Samantha Henderson from the tenancy department. Alexandra and Samantha were throughly professional, providing great customer service. Their attention to detail was superb.
One of the great things about My Future Living, is that correspondence only happens when necessary. Emails or telephone calls only happen when something palatable can be discussed. You may wait for an update or a reply to your email. The response will not be one, that will just keep you satisfied or interested. It will be relevant to your query or application.
I have been resident at my rental property now for almost 4 months. I have had a chance to report the odd issue, which was responded to promptly by the appropriate department. Other than that, there have no issues within my property. I am enjoying my stay and thank the staff at My Future Living for making my dream of comfortable retirement living, become a reality.

Incredible customer service, care, support and kindness with ultimate professionalism in every way shown throughout the initial enquiry to signing of the lease and aftercare with a few minor snagging issues…

Great communication from all the staff I've dealt with. What they don't know, they go and find out rather than fobbing you off! The whole process from registering my interest to picking up the keys was smooth and straightforward. Every step was explained and there were no hidden charges. The extra touch of a welcome to your new home card in with the contract and handbook was lovely. Thanks especially to Roo and Jenni who helped me on my journey

My 87 year old mother moved into Homelyme House at the end of August. This happened just eight weeks after she had agreed that it would be a good idea to finally downsize. Everybody I was in contact with was absolutely fantastic organising the viewings for us and sorting out the necessary paperwork. I expected it to be an incredibly stressful time, but thanks to My Future Living, it was quite the opposite. The manager there is so helpful and making my Mum's and the rest of the family's life so much easier.
