I ordered a pair of socks with priority shipping that arrived very late. When I opened it up I found a disappointing pair of socks that had blurry images and I couldn’t even see that the socks had a faces on them. I’ve contacted customer service but I have yet to get a response.

I recently placed an order which unfortunately needed to be canceled. I had terrific service throughout the process and given such excellent customer service, I will certainly place another order when the occasion arises.

I made a mistake in my order and Elsie from the customer service team responded to me right away and she also fixed my error on the spot. The rushed my order for me so I could receive it on time for a birthday gift.

So disappointed. I placed my order in June so I can give a sweet gift to my husband. It is now August and I have still not received anything. I was promised they would re make and re send my order. I never got a tracking # or confirmation. I have asked for a full refund now and they do not want to work with me, saying I will only get $7 back. This is ridiculous.
