Purchase never delivered.
Didn't realize until after purchasing that the merchandise comes from China. The delivery tracking is confusing, and no response except a repeat "your package has shipped" email.
**Update**
After some confusing communication, the package was delivered a bit later than expected.
The vendor reached out with a small refund for my inconvenience.
The experience was not as I had hoped, but they made it right.

I am really disappointed. The website said printing done in USA. I paid extra to expedite my order to 6-9 day, which should have arrived by 11/20. The item I purchased is for my brother's memorial service and won't arrive in time because it is coming from China not USA.
Update: they responded that an email was sent...no email ever received and still no product 😞

Product is poor quality and sizes run incredibly small. Very disappointed.

If I could give no stars I would absolutely shocking first item ordered arrived peeling chipped they tried offering me a small percentage as a refund as it was a custom item I refused this then was offered a replacement which I accepted well today the replacement turned up all looked good on first inspection hit the button to play the song and boom wrong song like how you have literally printed the song title and artist on the front of the bloody thing on the box of the bloody thing yet recorded some random song on the device do not order anything from these cowboys absolute garbage seeking a full refund 6 weeks since first order and still not got it right

I love my product, but had a few issues and tech support has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. At first they helped me to troubleshoot the issue, and then they worked with me to get me a replacement.

4 stars for prompt and excellent customer service. The reason for only 4 stars is because my order came and it wasn’t what I ordered but Elise in Customer Service issued me a refund very quickly without any issues.

The order process experience was exceptional! I had to modify my order to add more shirts and there was no issues with that after the original order was placed. The team also confirmed the look of the shirt before processing. The shipping was extremely fast and the shirts are awesome!!
