A fault developed on a driveway receiver after 6 months. MyDome promptly replaced it free together with a gift. Excellent service

Fantastic backup after my receiver stopped working excellent service replacement sent same day without any argument very polite and helpful.

Contacted mydome as my driveway alarm receiver was malfunctioning. Received a prompt reply saying that my model was out of stock for the near future but they could supply a different model complete with doorbell! Duly received the item which works perfectly with my driveway alarms. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Thank you.

UPDATE - MyDome replied asking me to email them details. 7 days later they have not even acknowledged my reply.
Purchased a smart MyDome drive sensor, which failed to work as described. We were told the software developers were at fault, and that they would try to get it changed. Nothing happened, so we returned the item. Not easy as MyDome staff work from home and the phone is not answered. Paid for "signed for" delivery, which is lucky as when I chased a week later they said they had not received it. On being given the tracking details they agreed a refund but refused to pay my postage costs. Avoid this company.

I did have some intermittent issues with a receiver and contacted Nadeem via the support Email link providing a log of those issues and a supporting video. The response from the Company was immediate and within 36-hours, I had installed the replacement receiver and 3-days later, the system is working perfectly. Sensor range and coverage excellent and distance between sensor and receiver not an issue whatsoever given that the sensor was 50+ metres down the driveway and the receiver behind a 2-foot thick solid stone wall.

All in all, an excellent product and competitively priced. Full marks also to the no-nonsense reaction from Nadeem.

Just thought I'd tell you my experience with my dome,
My driveway alarm stopped working so I contacted mydome customer services.
Could not be happier with their response replaced the faulty base unit under warranty no question asked and gave me a door bell button free of charge for saying sorry for what happened.
Can't recommend mydome highly enough.

Just had a very helpful and pleasant person from mydome sort outmy pairing difficulties. Now all good. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service (Nadeem) who was very quick in resolving my issue and replaced a faulty Receiver upon proof of purchase.

We have had two light switch timers ever since MyDome ( and their previous company) introduced them. They are still working perfectly and are used every time we go away. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought a doorbell but unfortunately it didn't work. I contacted the support line and they gave me some ideas to try. None of these ideas worked so they asked me to return the doorbell. They sent me a replacement which works perfectly. Thank you for your excellent service and support

I would just like to start by saying how pleased I am with the support team, they have been very helpful. I have a number of the Mydome driveway sensor, which I have to say I am very pleased with. When one of my sensors developed a fault within the warranty period, I contacted the support team who have been excellent, and after some preliminary tests they replaced my sensor with the minimum inconvenience to me. A great company and a pleasure to deal with.

Having purchased from them on a couple of occasions the service has been excellent
Today I made a call to them my receiver had developed a fault not knowing if anything could be done as I was out of warranty to be told we will replace NOT A PROBLEM wow what a great result and experience 👏
