I sent for and received the double sensor system and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also sent an email to Customer Services to enquire if it was possible to add extra receivers and again I had a very prompt and helpful reply.
After unboxing the sensors and receiver I then followed the simple set up guide and programmed individual alerts for each one. Everything worked fine so I then introduced a timer and now the whole system in in place, all working perfectly even though I live in a cottage bungalow with thick stone walls.
Within the next week I shall introduce another sensor and receiver.
This is remarkable affordable and most certainly easy to install.
The customer service is quick to respond, very helpful and polite.
Highly recommended.

Had to contact customer concerning an unforeseen and unexpected problem with a motion sensor. The unit had been working efficiently. I contacted mydome customer services for advice when my driveway alarm reciever developed a fault. As it was still within the warranty period a replacement was dispatched within days. Had a problem with my receiver but contacted my dome without hesitation replaced my unit,5 star treatment, on my 2nd unit they found a fault with them all and gave me an option to have an alternative model or wait 3/4 months till they got the unit through, all this even though my unit was out of warranty absolutely fantastic customer service

These sensors are absolutely brilliant i have 5 of them can't fault them they really are the best and the customer service from mydome is fantastic

Driveway Alert, the receiver failed after six months, I have contacted the company by phone and by email, but they do not call back or reply to emails.
They have now contacted me after a week and I will add further comments when the issue is resolved.
One week on and Mydome have not made further contact with me to resolve the issue. Very disappointed.
The company have now replaced the faulty receiver. Thank you. So I am now a happy customer and I have changed the Star rating from 1 to 3 stars.

Had an issue with a driveway sensor, they gave great troubleshooting steps over the phone, however the unit was faulty. Great communication via email and replaced the unit no issues. Brilliant customer service and communication. Would highly recommend this company.

Had a minor problem, contacted the support team and received a positive response within days. I highly recommend Mydome.

I e mailed the support team at my dome regarding clarification on detection abilities of their different gas detectors.
I was very impressed with the very quick response time and honest feedback from Nadeem. Unfortunately they do not have a detector for R32refrigerant at this time, however I look forward to using their products in the future.
Mydome certainly seem to have a very efficient knowledgeable technical team to support what appears to be a good product.

Great product and i would highly recommend it. You don't have to be home as the switch comes on and off at your desired set time...Also very easy to install and great for security when you are not home or on holiday.
