I purchased the light switch timer to cotrol my outside lights - keeps my home looking welcoming and adds to the security. the unit developed an error and the respone from My dome was super efficient and got me back up and running. Highly recommend product and firm.

I've just purchased a mydome Driveway Alarm and it's a piece of equipment I would highly recommend. Well made and very sensitive (not unlike myself). Had a slight hick-up that the unit wouldn't pair and there wasn't a manual, but a rapid call to the company, spoke with Oliver who was extremely helpful, directed me to their website for instructions and all was resolved, What can I say but brilliant unit and excellent service. This would make a great gift if you know anyone that could make use of it. Just to put you straight I'm not on commission or work for the company, great product and fab service.

I spoke with the mydome customer service team today, what a breath of fresh air!! it became apparent very early on that the team had great product knowledge. They answered each of my queries clearly and concisely which was great. It really did fill me with confidence in the the brand.

Yet to try my new driveway sensor kit which should be coming shortly but based off general reviews i cant imagine having a problem.

Several years ago we were burgled - we were away and they had obviously been watching our house. Our wiring for the porch was such that we couldnt add a timer so we looked for ideas on the internet. We found Mydome Light Switch Timer - it is simply brilliant. We didnt need an electrician, just undid a couple of screws on the base plate, slid the cradle in, programme the timer and away you go. And it doesnt cost a fortune.

I have a Light Switch Timer ( Model UK113 ) which had worked perfectly but developed a fault when the rubber perished on the small control wheels.
Contacted manufacturer and received a very prompt response and very kindly provided replacements free of charge

MyDome Wireless Alarm Audible Sensor, an excellent bit of kit, I needed audible confirmation at the front and rear of the property Mydome has provided the answer at an excellent price. The package arrived within two days way ahead of the time forecast. It was simple to fit and setup works so well I've recommended it to some of my friends.

My light switches worked excellently and when I broke a back plate it was replaced under the lifetime guarantee without question.

Excellent customer service. The customer service agent understood the issue I had with my item and was able to quickly advise and got the problem resolved. Very satisfied with my interaction. The product is very good.

Easy to set up. Both sensors picking up areas required perfectly. So pleased, I've ordered a third sensor to cover another area.
Had cause to contact mydome and can't fault the after care service. Looking at their other products having been so impressed with the Drive way intruder alarm.

Item arrived well packed on time. My driveway sensor kit also came in eco friendly packaging which for me was a great added bonus. It really shows underlying brand values.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Small problem with "switch connector" but resolved quickly after receiving quick response via email.

We Received 2 sensors and 1 alarm very quickly by parcel force. The sensors are perfect for people and our cats and dogs. The sensors do exactly what they said.

Have been using 2 light switch controllers from my dome for several years. when a small part had worn due to the constant use, I contacted them through there website to get spares which I offered to pay for.
They replied within hours saying they would send spares at no cost, arrived in first class post. Excellent service.

No reply when you phone them, non delivery of product 😬 not to be trusted.

PLACED ORDER. NEVER ARRIVED. WOULD NOT ANSWER MY EMAILS. SCAM. AVOID

I am VERY suspicious that MyDome may not be entirely reputable company, as they do not have ANY means of contact on their website.
There is no address, no email, no phone number, not even an online “Contact Us” facility.
If this IS a genuine company then why have they made themselves IMPOSSIBLE to contact?
I shan’t be spending MY money on any MyDome product until I establish the reason WHY they don’t want customers to be able to contact them!
