100% would order again kept me updated throughout the process of it being made, looks just like the picture overall very pleased !

Beautiful product, fast response, kept up dated on progress

I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. They promise previews of products, a shipping window, and communication, however, they do not deliver. I purchased an item 11 weeks ago and have still not received it. When I email them (that’s the only way to communicate) they take days to respond and continue to give me the run around. When I became upset about my order, they said it had shipped, however, I paid for the preview so I mentioned that and requested a refund and then two weeks later they all the sudden sent me the preview, meaning they had not shipped the item. The experience has been horrible and they are not reliable. I am not sure I will ever get my item. I would NOT recommend.

​I ordered this product after seeing an ad on Instagram back in December, and it took a significant amount of time to arrive—far longer than I anticipated. Honestly, I spent most of those months convinced that this might be a scam.

​To make matters more confusing, I received the mobile holder package first, which only deepened my concern that I had been scammed. However, when the final product finally arrived, I was very satisfied with the quality; it is exactly as pictured and very cute.

​That said, I think the company needs to work on their communication and provide better updates to customers regarding shipping timelines. I would only recommend ordering from them if you are patient enough to wait 3 to 6 months for your item.

The BIGEST scam ever ordered my order in December and still up to today march I have no gotten any updates or nothing on my order don’t waste your money lol I paid a lot for not getting my order and they don’t issue refunds I’m either .

The order took a little bit longer than what I had expected, but it was worth the wait. my wife was very emotional when I gave her the card and the doll of her father. She was very grateful and immediately shared pictures of it with all her siblings.

Similar to the previous reviews, we placed an order for a custom mobile on January 7, 2026. Two months and many emails later, we still have not received our order. We have received may status updates that contradict each other, but ultimately have not received a tracking number nor can we reach the company as they are “celebrating the lunar holiday” which was over a month ago. Trying to figure out a way to get a refund.

I placed my order DECEMBER 7. Today is March 14. I still have not received my order and now they have stopped replying to my emails.

I placed a custom order on January 4 and nearly three months later I still do not have a ship date or tracking information. While I understood upfront that a custom order would take time, the biggest issue has been the extremely poor communication throughout the entire process.

At one point I was told my order was ready to ship. After that, I received no tracking information and no follow up. Instead, I received automated messages and shifting explanations about delays. Most recently, the company blamed the Lunar New Year holiday, even though the holiday ended weeks ago and my order had already been in progress long before that.

I have reached out multiple times through email and even received a response on Instagram, but each time the response is the same. Apologies with vague statements like “preparing for shipment” or “tracking will be sent in a few days.” Yet no actual ship date or tracking number has ever been provided.

Waiting for a handmade item is one thing. Being left in the dark for months with inconsistent updates is another. At this point the lack of transparency and accountability has been extremely disappointing.

If communication had been clear and honest from the beginning, this situation would feel very different. Unfortunately that has not been the case.

This company is ridiculous. I’ve been getting barraged with emails on the supposed “status” of my order for 12 weeks. Things like “mobile balancing can take up to 48 hours”, it’s been 3 months since I ordered…the baby I bought it for is over a month old. I’ve never seen a preview (but paid $39 for one) and still don’t have either of my orders. $500 for nothing so far and we are MONTHS into this ordeal. I’ve sent 14 emails at this point. Save your money.

The doll was perfect,and arrived on my mother inlaws birthday day during a difficult day with her recent passing it made my wife smile,it was worth the wait thank you.

Im sorry i over reacted at first i though u guys were a spam because my item took longer thatn expected that was my only issue but other than that i was beyond impress with the quality of the item so incredible good when it arrived . exactly as the picture that i sent thanks alot for that
