Took a long time to receive my "sweatshirt". There was no indication on the website this item would be coming from China - I would not have ordered. The product is nowhere near what the picture and description indicated. Very, very disappointed!!!

Buen servicio y devolución de devolución rápida . Pero el servicio de mensajería deja mucho que desear. No llaman y dicen que ha llamado y que no estaba el receptor del paquete. Y a pesar de tener un número de teléfono para avisar nunca lo utilizan.

I answered the ad and sent in pictures. I have never done this before so I didn’t know exactly what they needed. When I got our product, it looked nothing like us, and because the picture wasn’t a full picture they assumed what was the lower half. When I got the product I mean sent an email to Support. They asked for pictures so I sent them. Their only response was that they were sorry and that they had to make a guesstimate on the lower half of the picture. Why couldn’t they have just requested more pictures? For $140 it is a very weak representation from a 3-D printer. Still extremely unsatisfied and disappointed customer.

Good not great!
I purchased the biggest size offered. In the commercial advertising their product, the likeliness of the figurine to the real person is superb, but the reality isn’t so tremendous. The end product I received is more of a caricature of the person whose photos I provided to them. Nonetheless, I’m keeping it and gifting it as planned.
