Heard absolutely nothing applied two years ago.A load of rubbish

My old friend Fosef Jritzl knocked on my door yesterday evening. He said get a claim in to mydieselclaim.com, they are single handidly solving world peace and have a cure for AIDS. I did and my AIDS has cleared up and I haven't started any Wars since that chance meeting. Thankyou mydieselclaim.com. I'll shop with you any time. 5 stars.

My wife was about to leave me for Peter "the Eagle" Sparrow who lives next door to my mum. However, after she found out that I had raised a claim at Mydieselclaim.com, and that Peter had mysteriously gone missing, leaving all his possessions and his broken front door open, she came running back to me - and even helped me clean all the dirt off my garden spade. Thank you Mydieselclaim!

Here is the low down.

I thought I'd give this a go. And they were offering to do all the work for a group combined 30% of the refund from diesel claim, I thought reasonable.

I run my own business and any mistakes I take it on the chin. It's all part and part of doing business, sometimes it's is the way it is.

Sometimes I get unforseen cost, but what I got was an email saying "on we made a mistake and it should have been 50% not 30%,," and they sent this very late at night I think hoping that noone would notice and that the 30day notice would pass and it's have to accept the new terms

But I noticed and read the email and messaged back saying the mistake was their and they should carry with the original agreement. To which they cancelled it.

In the eyes off the law they knew I had them over a barrow and no doubt they would do the same with you. "Show progress" and then up the charge.

Do not accept this practise of skimming the top. It's very Tory practise.

Do not trust Pogust goodhead if this is how they do business

I called my Diesel claim after watching an advert on TV, anyway a chap came round and I said to the boy 'are you from my Diesel Claim?' 'Yes' he answered, 'really, you?' 'Yes' he confirmed.

Marvellous.

Anyway, he then asked to take a look at the fuel cap and use his Instrument of Science of Engineering to test for claim eligibility.

However, what he produced was clearly his Willy, after a few moments he confirmed that I was not allowed to claim due to Fuel Contamination!

Anyway, it turned out the chap wasn't an inspector at all, he just has an attraction to older Diesel Motor Vehicles, I wasn't sure at first how he knew I'd contacted My Diesel Claim but then I remembered he lives next door and we've been having an affair for 5 months so I must have mentioned it in passing.

On the 28th June 23 received email about the percentage going to increase up to 50% from 35% when I signed at 35% is this not against the law to change an agreement after you have signed. Shocking behaviour. After reading reviews I will also be emailing, rip of Britain.

They enticed me in with a fee of 36% and when you're into it they claim they made a mistake and bang it up to 50% fee. I would if i had known about this rate gone else ware.

Still not seen a reply email. Probably useless I have decided. We are told to avoid paid-for Google links. Seems to be the case here too.

Made an enquiry about a claim ,then received an email from noreplymydieselclaim ,which thanked me for allowing them to act for me ?
And asking for details including VIN No ,and to sign a form instructing them to proceed, after reading the terms and conditions, l have decided not to proceed, and have not responded to their request, it doesn't feel right, it may be ?, but after reading a number of reviews l feel l cannot proceed, l have filed all correspondence for further reference, tried to contact them, but all you get is no reply, that tells you it's not right,if l get any more contact from them l will be filing a case with the ombudsman for harassment,
and l wonder how many complaints Rip off Britain have had.

I made a came but have not had any response except to say they got the percentage is wrong apart form that nothing so don't use them

As soon as they put up the rate of 50% I cancelled the agreement, I suggest everyone else does the same, con artist’s. I don’t know how Trading Standards have not got involved with this company.

wrote a review on here 28th of June and had a reply from my diesel.com telling me that they were sorry for my experience and that they would get in touch with me as of today still no reply so am going ahead and sending all my information to Rip Of Britain and if all the people that have left reviewers on here do the same then maybe something will be done.

Received an outrageous email from mydeiselclaim, who now state that they made a mistake in the CONTRACT they created and disseminated to millions of customers. Not only have they stated that they made a mistake in stating 35% of payout would pay the legal costs but they have also decided to raise to 50% instead of the agreed amount on the event of success. To add injury to insult, they states that if i did not respond by 11th July 2023, then i by default agree to this grossly abusive variation to their irrevocable contract. I am appalled by such underhandly illegal action. However i have just read this on 12th July 2023 , and am now seeking advice from financial ombudsman to complain and suggest that everyone elso do the same. Im sure that this is definitely misselling at its most opportunistic!! As they now state that if you disagreed with the motion for this variance, they would no longer represent you. This is madness.

Shocking behaviour from this company. I signed an agreement at the start which stated if my claim is successful they would take 35% of the fees won. Around 2 weeks ago I received another email implying they made a "mistake" in their first email and the commission they'd take would be 50% instead of the 35% initially suggested . Frauds!

Let’s not let these robbers get away with it

If I could give no stars I would! My husband went through the whole process and received a letter stating his settlement was £1100 but his payout after success fee and ATT fee was £268! Absolute daylight robbery! How can the government still be allowing this company to trade? Approx 80% for a fee? How can this be?

This company sent out a change or rates after contracts have been signed. It hasn't instilled confidence in the company or the process. Clear and honest promotion would give them a better rating and encourage other people to sign up. Very dissapointed.

Shocking. You sign a contract then here nothing 3 months. Then they say they made a mistake and increase fees. How can a solicitor not even get a basic contract right? All lies and a total lie pulled out using them

How can mydieselclaim pay for expensive TV advertising if they are not getting any income in. Is it possible that the business isn’t legitimate and are receiving income from the claim but telling us your claim has been rejected. Only a theory.

Scammers full stop. They made a big thing of my 2013 Golf Diesel being eligible then after a year sent me an email saying my car had a such and such engine which wasn’t eligible. Their adverts should be banned especially when they state VW’s alleged settlement which wasn’t their doing.

I am normally polite but forceful when wronged but my email telling them to stuff it was just forceful.
