I too received an email about raising fees from 35% to 50%, I have tried emailing back and using the supplied link but never receive a reply. A total disgrace of a company
SCAMMERS !
SCAMMERS !
These people have no shame.
My guess is they may be near to a resolution which is why they raised their fees from 35 - 50%.
On the other hand I registered over a year ago and hear nothing.
Overall I would NOT use these clowns if I had this knowledge.
I agree with all the review comments on…
I agree with all the review comments on here. They are total waste of time, asking for the same info times and times. I hope they don't go sell the details the collected from me. Pls don't give more detail or info the them.
I too received an email, on the 27th, but didn't see it until the 3rd July.
I too received an email, telling me I had until the 11th of July to agree to their new terms. The trouble with that is, I only checked if my vehicle was eligible, they wanted more details, which I didn't give & closed the browser. I am fuming, how dare they open an account, which I didn't agree to. I will be contacting them in the morning. Disgraceful.
I too had an email from my diesel claim…
I too had an email from my diesel claim saying that they had made a mistake on their legal binding contract form I signed last year
They told me that I had 11 days to object or they would take it that I agreed to their new terms of increasing their rate from 35% to 50%! I contacted my Solicitor to ask for advice, they told me that what I originally signed was a contract and it is irrevocable.
Do not fall for their mistakes, take legal advice like I did. Stand firm.
Disgraceful!!
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, I have the two days of claims in the last four years and I have not heard a word about any.
I recieved an email claiming they made…
I recieved an email claiming they made a mistake and that the fees will now be 50% and pretty sure some bother sums off moines, well here's the thing, anyone can make a claim themselves without paying through your nose. I've replied telling them not to proceed due to being misled and thar they should remove any information they have on me as that's my rights. Trading standards come to mind.
Capitalism strikes again ( they're all connected)
Received an email a few days ago from " My Diesel Claim" stating that there was a typo in the original contract of agreement. They would take 35% legal fees if successful but due to that typo it should've been 50%. Now I'm no lawyer but I think from the original binding contract it stats a 35% fee so they should as I believe stand by the agreement which is legally binding the moment you sign or agree to those original terms and conditions. They can't be changed mid case as this is what both parties agreed on. So with that being said this should be brought forward to the ombudsman who should then make it very clear to "Diesel Claim" that people will then be allowed to make a reclaim against the " Diesel Claim. " Company with 0% fees or tax on the 15% owed.
If everyone could do this then it would kinda be like saying to the bank after taking out a £30,000 loan... Sorry that original agreement we had stating that 19.9% interest would be paid back over 4-5 years.... No I don't feel like that now as there was a malfunction in my thought process that day and what I was originally supposed to say was that I'll only be paying 2% !
The bank happily agrees and lets me go about my business 😏 ....
Come on " Diesel Claim Guys! We the people are helping you make some money so don't try to screw us over for taking off us what was originally ours.
Are thepublic forums re any public forums for people…
Are there any public forums for people who have been affected by the my diesel claims 35% hike to 50% ??
Shut the scammers down.....
Do what I did, send the email you received to, Martin Lewis, the FSA, BBC Watchdog, Despatches and Panorama. If enough people send complaints it'll get followed up and hopefully shut these scammers down.

Total scam
Total scam , why up from 35% to 50% because of an error!!! , do not go with these , something not right !!
SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOUR BY A SHAMELESS COMPANY
Like all others, I have received the absolutely shameful email claiming that the original contract I signed had contained an "error" and that although they had intended that their fee would amount to 50% of any claim settled by the manufacturer, the contract had been incorrectly printed with a fee of 35%. They are therefore seeking my agreement to an increase to 50%!
I have told them no. And as advised by an earlier post, I shall send them a pre-action letter warning them of a breach of contract, should they try to bulldoze this through, or attempt to close down my claim.
This behaviour is despicable.
Legalised Thieves
This company are spending a fortune in tv/radio advertising and they are sponsoring big sport events. How can they manage to do so?
All advertising from these scammers should be removed from our screens, events that accept their sponsorship should be ashamed.
Everybody needs to be made aware of such behaviour from a so called "We will help you" company.
I actually never agreed to this company…
I actually never agreed to this company acting on my behalf, I simply put the vehicle registration details on the website to see if a claim was possibly. I did not fill out the other details and certainly did not sign anything with regards them proceeding with the claim on my behalf. I receive an email on the 28/06/2023 stating documentation had errors on it the claim was 35% when I enquired and now it is 50% apparently a mistake made. Yeah right companies like these do not make mistakes like that. I have consequently emailed them to tell them I no longer wish them to act on my behalf. I have also written to them sent recorded delivery outlining the very same. I would rather get nothing than let this greedy company get away with it. Sadly with a cost of living crisis they are bargaining that the majority will agree to the new terms as some money is better than none. However I would rather stand by my principles and leave them with nothing along with myself.
Robbing Boogers They should be…
Robbing Boogers They should be investigated By trading standards For Misleading so many people Then putting up the percentage at the last minute Claiming it was an error Robbing Boogers
Harassing phone calls 4 times a day……
Harassing phone calls 4 times a day… everytime I block a number they persist & call from another number. I’ve asked nicely for them to remove me from their database & I’ve asked them in rage but still the calls keep coming. Shocking company!!
Mydieselclaim.com - Raised their fees for diesel claims
I too received this email informing me that fee upped due to their typo - DISGUSTING. I replied saying that i will stick to the original documentation I signed up for. They say they cannot continue with your claim if you do not agree to the new terms. They should have checked their documents before issuing. Complete sham. The closing date for claiming has now passed so we cant go anywhere else and they know that. THEY knowingly waited until after the deadline to announce this. Totally Abysmal.
A joke of a company
like just about every other reviewer i have now had the email telling me that due to a clerical error they now want to break the contract and charge 50% of any money you get ,this type of mistake is simply not something a reputable legal company would make and continue making over and over again it can only be a scam to get you to sign up and hope you cant be bothered to cancel things with them, how they can be allowed to continue doing this type of business is beyond me.
Warning: Beware of MyDieselClaim.com - A Disappointing Experience
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with MyDieselClaim.com, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their practices. My encounter with this company in relation to the proposed BMW (BMW and Mini) NOx Emissions Group Litigation left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.
To begin with, I discovered that MyDieselClaim.com had raised the cap on deductions from clients' damages to an astonishing 50% without providing any prior notice. It was shocking to learn that they had only just realized their mistake after an extended period of time. This lack of attention to detail and delayed acknowledgement of errors raises serious concerns about their professionalism and transparency.
These revisions included an unjustified increase in the cap on deductions, undermining the trust I had placed in their services.
My experience with MyDieselClaim.com has left me with a strong warning for anyone considering engaging their services. Their lack of attention to detail, delayed recognition of errors, and disregard for clients' concerns are red flags that should not be ignored. I urge potential clients to think twice before entrusting their legal matters to MyDieselClaim.com.
In conclusion, based on my unfortunate encounter with MyDieselClaim.com, I strongly advise against engaging their services. It is essential to prioritize professionalism, transparency, and client satisfaction when choosing a legal representative. I regret the time and effort I invested in MyDieselClaim.com, and I hope that sharing my experience will prevent others from enduring a similar ordeal.
As like all others,I to received the…
As like all others,I have received the 35% to 50% change email. What a joke these people are. As a mechanic I would love one of these fools "who don't employ proof readers" to come to my garage and I will leave 15% of all nuts and bolts not returned to their specific holes, and let's see what happens then.
I would of course ask them to read
paragraph 1C. Amendment .1.15
Any problems brought to my attention. how about you go f#$I yourselves
