No Claim-No Gain-No pain
Did you really expect this to be a quick and clean process? But I agree it is a very slow process, but they haven't asked for cash.
As long as you pay no money over to them, nor agree to, you really have nothing to lose even if it fails, in other words, No Claim-NoGain-No Pain.
They want to sign for me
I agree with everything that everyone else has said and when they changed the percentage to 50 I declined to take part and asked them to stop the process for me. I have not signed anything further however they have emailed me today to said that they will sign on my behalf. I have tried to email them back to say that I do not wish them to do this and the reply keeps bouncing back. Don’t touch them.
Don't waste your time
Had no feedback or update in over a year now to be told on chat that euro 4 fuel cars are unlikely to have a claim, so you've taken details from people who were never going to be able to claim in the first place and not given anyone an update, great job guys I'll know not to recommend your waste of time company
10 weeks and still no amended form to esign
I was sent the SOCI form to esign at the beginning of July. A couple of mistakes including the wrong spelling of my name. Since than had email and telephone chats but as of now no amended form to sign. Speaking to a person on the phone it would appear there is a set ways of answering queries which are not helpfuk
Breaking the law with emails
Breaking the law with emails - there is so much wrong with these guys approach - but you can start with GDPR and non-inclusion of an unsubscribe from their spam emails. Is this just a data harvetising project.... they certainly are not making any progress with diesel claims....
My wife made an initial contact with…
My wife made an initial contact with them, as the ads say “If you have owned a diesel car between, etc”; in fact, it refers to cars that were first registered between those dates. The one we owned was registered earlier. We then looked at the reasons one might be able to claim and they seem to centre around mis-selling by the dealer. We could not claim that anyway, so my wife did not proceed to signing up, etc. This didn’t stop a series of further emails from them and today, a rather high-pressure telephone call from someone talking about taking security details, over the phone, so he could close her account. Since nothing had ever been agreed by us, there seemed to be no reason to go through any formalities. I’m afraid, despite the clever TV adverts, there is something distinctly fishy about this lot.

I’d leave no stars if possible
I’d leave no stars if possible, stay away from this company. Tried to get me to agree to taking up to 50% commission (was about 35% when they took my claim).
Pretty much no communication in about a year apart from trying to claw extra commission as previously mentioned, sketchy information on a very long confusing, contradictory web chat so I think I’m going to cancel my claim with them and find a better company.
Confusing
Confusing to say the least. The TV ad which prompted me enquiry states "from 2005" but on entering my 07 registration plate I am told I am not eligible and then only to read on their websites varying dates of2008, 2009. All very unclear and doesn't inspire confidence at all.
A massive thanks to those who wrote their reviews
I was going to make my claim but first I thought I better check the reviews on Trustpilot. I like to thank you all who wrote your feedback. I will never trust mydieselclaim.com and save myself from the stress with them.
Place is a scam
Place is a scam, they ask for more information but the links never work and when I emailed to tell them I never get a reply. Don't waste your time they are literally pointless
thought my diesel claim was about …
I thought my diesel claim was about faulty part in your car from manufacturer problem unfortunately it isn't what they do is they chase you about the finance on the vehicle and the agreement you take out wich is totally unfair to the poeple making claims
Shocking behaviour from this company
Shocking behaviour from this company. I signed an agreement at the start which stated if my claim is successful they would take 35% of the fees won. Around 2 weeks ago I received another email implying they made a "mistake" in their first email and the commission they'd take would be 50% instead of the 35% initially suggested . Frauds!
Don't trust them at all
Months after starting my claim I get an email saying they made a typo and actually the percentage they take is much higher than originally stated. Seriously!!! Lawyers sending contracts with mistakes. Don't believe a word of it, just a ruse to take more. I canceled them. Not trustworthy
they don't just ask for your car…
they don't just ask for your car registration they ask loads of questions and once you have answered them they ask for your signature! I refused to sign because I am convinced it is another scam!
They know my car's registration - and they should know it has a PETROL engine and it's old.
These people keep phoning me and I keep blocking their numbers but they keep on coming.
Yesterday, the representative proudly quoted my car's registration. I said to him, if you have that information then you can easily see online that it's a very old Mercedes with a PETROL engine.
Why don't these people apply such basic checks and stop hassling the public?
Why are they still advertising on TV…
Why are they still advertising on TV there must be something that can be done!!
Can't trust so I cancelled
Why recently after many months have they said my fees are not 35% but now 50%.they said this was a typo.
Do we expect solicitors to make typos and not disclose it until many months later.
Awful
Filled out the online forms in full and sent it off, only to get another email asking for more details which they had already had the first time!! I politely sent a reply stating they already had all the information they wanted ,and guess what? NO REPLY do not go near them with a barge pole sniffs of a scam!!
Be careful of signing up with no win
Be careful of signing up with no win, no fee as my colleague pulled out of a NWNF agreement and was liable not only for the fees of the solicitors but also the fees for the company who was being sued.
Ended up in Court with a very sympathetic Judge who did their best under legislation to not charge my colleague more than what was deemed reasonable. The fees for the opponent’s lawyer’s should have been £17,000 but the Judge awarded £10,000 and my colleague had to pay this amount. The Judge was apologetic but said that the small print does state that if you pull out, you pay their fees and the legal costs of the opposing side too!
SCAM so beware…..
