Nothing happens / It's Fraudulent.
They take unlimited details , you then hear nothing.
Weeks pass by and then they ask you for more / repeat information.
Months have passed by , no sign of my claim ,just repeat requests for info that's already been supplied .
I think they must sell your details on , what else can it be ?
It's clearly not what it claims to be .

It won't stop spamming me. I went to put in a claim, but then didn't have any details about the car. That was about 2 years ago now, and I'm still receiving spam from this place. I have checked and double checked the emails, but there is no unsubscribe button. I have tried calling, but no one answers. They just send out spam.

Has with everybody here on trust pilot we are having the same issues, emails and promises that our case is going to court keep asking for more and more information I don’t know how these company’s get on Tv and social media when they are at the end of the day scamming people if these aren’t a genuine company then who is today.

****99.9% convinced this company is doing nothing, other than obtaining people's personal information*** Quite clearly a scam. My claim has been going on for over 6 years and it's just the same old email...getting closer, provide more details, fill out this form.... blah blah. Don't think anything is happening other than an increase in spam emails and calls. Scam company

Once again these lowlife, useless, incompetent load of prat’s have again asked for the confirmation of mt registration number - problem is I have done it several times but they don’t seem to understand it - same car, same registration nothing has changed.

A load of useless scammers who if they had any decency would have an email address you can reply to - my reply is simple- “ go forward and multiply “ and I would advise all to send a similar review.

I wonder what the clearly toothless law society thinks of this or do they condone this totally unacceptable behaviour- 94% of respondents to the Trustpilot site can’t be wrong ——- or can they —— lawyers often have an over inflated opinion of themselves and how crap they are!

I keep getting the same e-mail asking for the same details, but now the links don't work.

Clearly a scam, this is shameful and immoral!

Have been waiting for a year with nothing but fob offs when I contact them. Steer clear, its not worth the hassle.

This may be a scam I see on the tv commercial. I gave them all my info and details and haven’t heard anything since let alone receive a penny. Very bad stay clear

It's a Scam nothing more nothing less. How they have been allowed to advertise. They just baffle with court cases and dates but nothing specific.

Leave me the f*** alone or I will report you, at no point have I actually submitted a claim yet you keep emailing me. Have tried cancelling and yet you still email me this is not acceptable. Take my email and any details you have of mine off your system ASAP.

They emailed me months ago stating, would I agree if they change their claim from 30% to 40% for them.
I disagreed and asked them not to ago ahead with the claim, since then they've continued to email me asking for further information and still pursuing this claim, I'm sick of asking them to stop with the claim.
Stay clear of this company there's better ones out there

FRAUDSTERS. 12 months later this shower of con artists have messaged me asking for more personal details which have absolutely nothing to do with and are certainly not required for such a claim. This is simply a company who fish for personal details and then, I assume, sell them on. I would like to say that I am amazed that they are still allowed to advertise but since the Government is full of similar rogues it is not really surprising ! FRAUDSTERS.

Claim filed 2 years ago with all relevant information. Now they want more personal data without guaranteeing my details WILL NOT fall into wrong hands. I refuse to divulge any more especially as they have it and tbh their commissions is 45% so work with what you have. Also share with the public your running legal costs in pursuit of group-claims? Me thinking its a total waste of time !!

I completed my claim about five years ago. In the past year I've had the same email seven or either times, including today.
"We require you to confirm your Vehicle Registration Number (VRN). Please use the CONFIRM DETAILS button below to complete your form. This information is integral to confirming your eligibility"
ITS THE FIRST THING ON THE FORM TO COMPLETE SO WHY ARE THEY CONSTANTLY ASKING FOR IT??? ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!

Shocking this increase email was sitting in my spam..Surely they can't just increase fees without some sort of confirmed acceptance. But if they can maybe joint action against them is best way to go..

This is a con...email after email asking for more info. Me believes they're simply after personnel data!!!
I've blocked them now!!!!!!

Simply impossible to contact, appear to have no desire to enter into any meaningful dialogue, have little confidence now in any meaningful progression.

Horrendous customer service. WhatsApp BOT which sends you in circles. Requested my data to be deleted months ago. Has not been done which is a breach of my data rights. Have reported to reportsraorguk

Very little communication.
I submitted documention and they kept asking for the same stuff. I emailed no reply. Very poor I'm beginning to think it's a scam. I did email to remove my details but no reply and not sure if they'll try to charge me, again no answer to that question

After almost 2 years waiting on a response on this, I get about 10 emails and texts over the last couple of days prompting me to sign an agreement with Courmacs legal. They tell me the court date was suppose to be in december but its now in feb 2024 - and now i have to sign a new agreement of 45% to courmacs. Almost half of winnings. No thanks. I have emailed courmacs to remove my details as i do not wish to proceed.
