Been getting messages for details having entered them numerous occasions think I’ve been scammed and they are going to keep all monies nearly twelve months gone by now

Gave details, and then they want more. Have now found out that they sell your details on to others, had all sorts creep out the woodwork now.

Really poor -made a claim but not had feedback or up date after saying my car was eligible and not received any refunds

This seems to be quite wrong. I offered my FULL details in August 2021. MDC confirmed this by email. I am now getting repeated emails asking me to ‘Complete these steps to avoid missing out on compensation’ before 15th Feb 24. The link provided is always broken so I have no idea what the steps are.

My guess is that MDC will receive compensation from the manufacturers and then will pay those who managed to ‘confirm their details’. What will stop them keeping the rest? This is just a hunch.

If everyone has got the same link as me then there won’t be many claims paid. They’ve already emailed in June 23 to say their commission was rising from 35% to 50% due to a ‘mistake’. Now it appears they want the lot.

Fell for the compensation trap years ago. Periodic calls and emails asking for repeated information. I also recall correspondence that their fee was increasing substantially - I think it was something like doubling - meaning any 'compensation' was dramatically reduced. Since then I've ignored them. I'd rather not fund their nonsense and I do hope they don't continue to include us and keep the money themselves.

Very hard to rate as I don't honestly know what's going on.

Filed two claims for two separate vehicles. Filled in the questionnaires that were subsequently sent, then all I have had are emails saying to fill the questionnaires in. When I try to do this, I am told that I have already completed them, yet I still get asked to fill them in - basically the same thing that seems to be happening to everyone else.

So, I don't know. Have they added me to the group claim or not? No idea at all. If they have then happy days, but if not, then not good. You can only sign up with one firm so people need to know if they've been taken on or not.

Scam company as per most of the comments keep asking for details then nothing should be zero star rating. Don’t waste your time avoid

Passed all details on and heard nothing, my thoughts is they make the claim and keep the compensation , they should all be locked up

Don’t waste your time, since signing up I’m getting loads of cold calls, loads of scam calls and loads of spam emails. If something is too good to be true, then it probably is. Should be able to give zero stars

Same as everyone else, just keep asking for information every couple of weeks and it’s the same information they asked for previously. Most likely selling it off somewhere.

After waiting for over a year a new claim has come through they’ve demolished my previous claim. Apparently their terms and conditions have been upgraded 😡😡😡

If I could give 0 stars I would. As all other reviews say, don’t waste your time. You fill in the initial form then hear nothing for months then they ask again for all the same information.

SCAM, had a claim going through for over 18 months, latest email from ‘mydieselclaim’ you are eligible to make a claim!

Don’t waste your time
Nothing happens / It's Fraudulent.
They take unlimited details from you, then you hear nothing.
Weeks and weeks pass by and then they ask you for the exact same information.
Months have pass by, then repeat requests for information previously supplied.
They even ask for your vehicle registration number, which apparently they don’t have even though it’s in the title of the email.
I think this is some sort of scam. They must sell your details on, as I have had an increase in spam email since enrolling.
It's clearly not what it says it is.

Absoloute waste of time. Auto chat feature pointless and redirects you to the main web site which is even more pointless if your looking for information or answers. No replies to emails and apparently having a chat box in place is to replace all the staff as there is no one there to answer the phone. Been waiting months for this pointless company to actualy respond, so canceled and went to a professional company and after two weeks we are moving forward. There are a lot of companies out there to help with this issue, just DO NOT use this one!!!

As per all the other reviews, nothing really positive to write.
I have received the same emails for the last 6+ months telling me information is missing but doesn’t say what information is actually missing.
I am beginning to wonder if this company is legit or just praying on people by the way of false advertising on the TV.
I never have any updates and have never heard of anyone having had a successful payout.
I would avoid using them for any potential new customers

Waste of time. This is just a scam to get all of your details.. did nothing for me at all... just emails for more and more info..

All they done last year was sending emails to confirm my details, and that's all contact they have made with me, you can't speak to anyone all you get is some robot

What a load of dog poo!!. How can the advertising companies allow this? This is nothing but a scam!!! What can be done about these low life, good for nothing, scum of the earth worthless time wasters?
